We recently stayed in this property as a birthday gift to our youngest Disney fan. It did not let anyone down. My children (10, 9, and 6) had an absolute ball. In fact, the kids asked to go home from the park so they could spend more time at the house!
We have stayed everywhere from 5 star to value in orlando and this was my family's favorite.
VERY clean too which was another bonus! Thank you!

We found the home as advertised. The family had plenty of room to stay. It is within 30 minutes to Universal and Disney. We had 15 people staying, including ages 2 through Adults.It was easy to be in touch with Michael.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a Michaels home and I must say, it was truly a wonderful experience. I would give this vacation home a 5-star review without hesitation. There were 19 people staying in the house, 10 adults and 9 children. The home was big enough to facilitate all of us.
First and foremost, the location of the vacation home was ideal. It was nestled in a quiet and serene neighborhood, yet close enough to all the Disney, give yourself more time to travel to Universal as the traffic can be bad at times. The home itself was beautifully decorated, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could possibly need. The games room in the garage was fantastic and the gaming room upstairs was out of this world.
The bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware, making it easy to whip up a quick meal or prepare a large family feast. We did love the two dishwashers and two American style fridges.
The highlight of the vacation home, however, was the outdoor area. The house had a lovely swimming pool and plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and sunbathing. All of the adults loved a dip in the pool at night.
Overall, we had an amazing time at this vacation home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We have already started planning our next break in this house in 5 years time.

We have 11 adults stay for a work retreat. The house was great. We had no trouble. Paid extra for heated pool and it was so amazing! We had to go back and forth to OCCC and the traffic was always awful taking 30-45 min each way. Host was fantastic!

We can thank enough to let us stay in this wonderful house. everything went smoothly and the checking we don’t have any problems and check out. We don’t have any problem either. Michael it was amazing person , everything we need he’s there for us and the house is spectacular. Everything is super clean and organize it and beautiful decoration, and we loved those TVs in each room, in the pool and Jacuzzi. It was amazing. Our kids loved the heating pool. and I definitely recommend and I will be back next year for sure.

Our stay was amazing. Everything was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed all of the rooms and brought in a private chef who prepared a phenomenal brunch in the gorgeous and massive kitchen. Highly recommend!

This house far beyond exceeds what the pics show. Everything about this home was awesome from the game room to the movie theater to the private pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were all immaculate and everything was amazing. My family of 18 didn't leave the house but once and we were there for 4 days...I mean really This house had it all and no one wanted to leave. We can't wait to come back next year 🙌

The property provided a lot of common areas along with each family has their own rooms and bathrooms. We were 6 couples and 7 kids. House is close to community center so we’re able to just walk there. Kids rooms were very much attractive and they loved the sleepover with their friends. Kitchen and dining was large enough for all of us to sit together. Double refrigerator and laundry space helped us. We surely enjoyed the movie theater and gaming rooms. 5 stars for sure 👍🏻

I have rented several homes in the Orlando area and this is the best home I have stayed at. The house was very clean, the game room was so much fun, and the home had plenty of space for everyone in our group.

This is a GREAT home with fabulous Hosts!
I have rented several homes in the Orlando area and this is the best home I have stayed at. The house was very clean, the game room was so much fun, and the home had plenty of space for everyone in our group.
Also, the Hosts (Michael & Marissa) were great! A friend left her AirPods & they took the time to ship them to her home. I would certainly like to rent their home in the future. Thank you. 😁

This property is as advertised! It is a perfect for a family getaway with more than enough space to entertain everyone. The kids loved the pool and arcade, while the adults could not get enough of the hot tub and theatre. Communication with Michael was always easy and very helpful. My family would absolutely rent this property again!

Loved our stay!
Had a great time here with my family. The house was very clean & had everything we needed. The game room & theater were a big hit with the kids as well as the adults! The community pool was great for the little ones. My only complaint (no reflection on owners), the bathrooms at the club house could have used better maintenance & the security guard was rude when letting us know the pool was closing. Other than that, our stay was perfect & we would not hesitate to use this property again!

Greatest host ever
We traveled with a large group of extended family. Michael’s home was perfect for all of us. It had everything we needed and best of all conveniently located to many stores: Sam’s Club, Walmart and Target. Michael was very responsive and made sure our vacation was top notched. We ran into a last minute dilemma where we couldn’t pack everything home to check out on time and had to run out to get a rental car and he was so accommodating. I honestly can say he’s the best host I’ve ever encountered and we vacation at least twice a year. Our family will definitely rent with Michael again without a doubt.

Best Vacation House For Large Group
The experience from the beginning was easy and hospitable. Any questions we had were promptly answered. The pictures of the rooms and spaces didn’t do the house justice as we were blown away when we got there to see it in person.
If you have a large group this is the perfect house. Plenty of space to “get away” from each other. Lol. But also plenty of room at the large table and common rooms to enjoy each other.
We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area and need a large space. Thank you to the owners for letting us use this beautiful house.

This home was better than the pictures.
This property was amazing. My children and grandchildren loved it. Mike was so helpful. We kept saying this is way nicer than the pictures, which is usually not the case. We would want to book this home again and anything that Mike manages.

Theme park Wonder Land
We stayed with 5 families (yes, 5...we are crazy) with ages 8--75 staying at the house and everyone loved it. The house is beautifully decorated with amazing murals on the walls and staged in a way that calmed my ocd needs after a long day at the parks. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly and very close to the parks (close enough it cost less to Uber to the parks than to park at the parks). The frosting on the cake was the kindness of the hosts. They were available for communication at all times of the day before, during, and after the trip. They answered all of our questions and supplied informative emails for every step of the trip. They even had a bar code artfully posted so every guest, even the 8yr old, could look up how to access things like WiFi or the club house. I would absolutely go back and go to any property they host. Thank you Michael for the wonderful vacation home!

Where do I start…this home is gorgeous! From the themed bedrooms, the movie theater and the pirate game room we were in love with this property. And to top things off the homeowner is wonderful to work with. From start to finish we had a great experience and couldn’t ask for better people to deal with thorough out the entire process. You’ll also find easy access to stores restaurants and all the theme parks from this location. The only downside to this whole experience is that it’s now over and we just can’t wait to get back next year!

Where do I start…this home is gorgeous! From the themed bedrooms, the movie theater and the pirate game room we were in love with this property. And to top things off the homeowner is wonderful to work with. From start to finish we had a great experience and couldn’t ask for better people to deal with thorough out the entire process. You’ll also find easy access to stores restaurants and all the theme parks from this location. The only downside to this whole experience is that it’s now over and we just can’t wait to get back next year!
