My wife and I stayed here while participating in Cruisin’ the Coast. It was the perfect place to stay. Not only were the accommodations very clean and comfortable, but was in the perfect location! The condo was on the 10th floor and had great views of the beach as well as all the classic cruisers driving by. It was also centrally located between the participating cruise-in towns. We would definitely stay here again!

We usually rent through Airbnb but this time tried BBRR. We were granted an early check-in. Upon arrival, the patio furniture and rug was stacked up in the living room. The water from all the taps reeked of sulphur. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath was dirty. Obviously the unit had been not used in a long while and was not tended to before our arrival. That said, we enjoyed the view and the very quiet atmosphere in the building as well as Anthony, the security person. We so appreciate Sienna's privacy and safety measures. We will return, though probably not to this particular unit.

This is a nice property, a bit misleading by stating Beachfront. Our biggest complaint was the busy four lanes of traffic that had to be crossed to reach the beach.

This is our third time vacationing at this property. We rented a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. Overall, we have been happy with our experience here, but the first day / night, none of the bedroom TVs were working. Maintenance was called and they did come out but could not fix it that first night. They had to come out the next day to bring new cable boxes. I thought it was weird that both our condos had the same issue. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay.

Property was in a great location, however upon arrival maintenance was in the unit working to repair things. This would not have been a problem, but this was not the only issue. While walking through the unit, we noticed a strong smell like a pet had been staying in the unit. This was confirmed when we found 3 separate places with dog feces. Contacted property manager and they cleaned carpets and furniture which kept us out of condo. The furniture and carpet remained wet for 2 more days. The condo needs lots of repairs. (painting, carpet replacement, fixture repairs, etc.) My family was very disappointed to have spent so much money traveling here to receive a condo in this shape. The pictures that we were shown prior to arrival must have been taken years ago.

Excellent. There were some cosmetic issues i noticed at the indoor pool and the gym is quite small but i looked at about 6 condos on the coast and even though this one is one of the farthest from Keesler it is still only a 15 minute drive and is the best condo I saw out of all 6 I looked at and the Staff are great!

We go to this property every year, but we stay in a different condo each year. This year was a disappointment - we ended up in a unit that needed painting, the dryer didn't really work, and light fixtures were dropping out the ceiling. Maintenance was very quick to respond, but they should catch and repair these issues before guests arrive, not while we are there. This was not the first time we had issues like this, but this was the worst it has been. Overall, still very nice and very convenient to the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Sienna property. We rented a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom and they were great. It was our first time at the property and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had a problem with unit 1006 initially when we checked in, but the management immediately took care of everything. I was really happy with the response.

Would stay at property again, but maybe another unit.

Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Overhead light on fan didn't work. Didn't have a hair dryer or shampoo. The lightbulbs were very dim, lighting was awful at night. The girl working at front desk didn't seem to care about my issues. She didn't apologize for any inconveniences. All she did was hand me a pile of shampoos!

Although we've rented this unit 3 or 4 years in a row, this was not a good experience. The unit is not being kept up to par; tv not working with cable in one bedroom (maintenance never responded) and dirty linen left in closet, insufficient towels provided, no blow dryers (no response from mgt), insufficient cookware, overhead light and lamp in MBR not working, carpet needs cleaning or replacing. Management was mostly non-responsive other than bringing few towels and trash can for kitchen. Very disappointing this stay.

Renting the condo online was super easy. Getting text messages and emails was convenient. It was a little pricy compared to other local condos; however, we have stayed at Sienna many times in the past and knew the area so paid the extra money. We had not been in 2 years and found the property now needs a lot of updating and renovations. The furniture in 1006 was torn and old, floors scratched, and the bed was HARD. The pool had once been our favorite, but now the fountain isn't working and parts of the pool had damage. However, our family was safe and enjoyed being together.

The property was in a great location for us. It was away from the busy parts of town and the beach was very quiet. The actual unit was large and had a great view from the large balcony. The unit needs some attention. Some furniture was extremely worn and had tears. Several light bulbs were out in both bathrooms. There was a drywall patch in the master bath that needed repair. I have never stayed at a place that did not provide Kleenex or more than one roll of toilet paper. That seems a bit odd for a place at this price.

My husband, me and my daughter’s family of 4 stayed at this condo for my granddaughter’s softball tournament that was held in Gulfport. We had no problem checking in but the condo was not in the condition we had hoped for. The furniture is very worn and stained. We found a pair of shorts under the bed, a comforter in the dryer and the condo was not very clean. There was a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no backup. No tissues. On the patio there was a pile of crushed shells that got tracked into the condo every time we went out there. I’m glad none of us cut out foot. I called the maintenance manager and requested addition towels since there were six of us and we were staying for a week and also requested extra toilet paper which they did provide. I told them we were not happy with the dirty interior windows and the crushed shells so they came in and cleaned the windows but the shells were there all week. We have stayed in condos before that provided some basics like salt and pepper or coffee filters but none were provided. We had to buy matches to light the barbecue since it is not gas and requires charcoal (which was provided). The beach closure was of course out of their control and the location is beautiful but the condo is in desperate need of updating.

The condo is nice and it was clean. There were a few hiccups, but the rep tried to take care of them. We originally were to vacation in PCB and had to evacuate for Hurricane Micheal. We asked about the beach in Biloxi and the repressive told us it was a nice place; WRONG! The water is full of bad bacteria and you should not get in it if you have a compromised immune system! Luckily we would out before we got in! I spoke to the condo rep and I was told the same thing. I just wish this had been explained to me prior to booking the condo! Not a place for a family vacay! Yes
