Great apartment close to the sea....

The apartment was cosy, and everything you need is thought about..... The bed was super duper comfy with lovely bedding. This apartment has lots of nice detail, cushions on the bed, and throw for the sofa, heating system on a hive so easy to understand and operate.... Large TV on the wall table and chairs to sit and eat or work at depending on your trip... Just a minute from the high street and a couple of mins from the sea, good security front door to the building, and then separate key to front door for the apartment Great shower, plenty of hot water

I found the location fantastic but there was no parking the apartment is right on the bend of a main residential road, so I pulled up just by the side to unload my belongings, I then had to try to find somewhere to park in the dark, it took me ten minutes of driving around as I arrived after 7.00pm, All residential roads and the majority of Residents were obviously home, took me about 5/6 mins to walk back to the apartment and I did feel a little vulnerable walking back, so you ideally want to arrive before everyone gets home from work and then I imagine it would be easier, but personally I found this a little bit stressful 😀

Beautifully presented, modern and clean. Bed very comfortable with pristine 4 star hotel like bedding, spare blankets and towels available. Fantastic appliances in kitchenette all you need for self catering. Great location in centre of Penzance with access to train if needed and lovely St.Ives beaches only a 20-30 min drive away!

Limited parking directly outside the property but other places close by to park safely overnight.

Comfortable for me but not for my friend

Very clean and decorated well.

The booking was made for two single beds, booking.com listed this property as a double bed and sofa bed. When we got there only linen for double bed and although we telephoned our contact, she said she wasn’t aware two beds would have to be made up and she would try and contact her cleaner. Unfortunately this didn’t happen and my elderly friend had to wrap herself up in throws (not sure if clean) and use the double bed spare pillows. No parking, double yellow lines all around. I am disabled and couldn’t park anywhere nearby.

Easy to access Shower was working ok with hot water

Dirty flat, dirty towels, bed very small for two people and the second bed wasn’t even ready. Bathroom it’s covered in mould and the flat it’s quite humid No soap provided. very weak Wi-Fi Lots of noises from the street as the flat it’s on the ground floor, facing the road.

Excellent place as a tourist.

Host send me an email for the lock box outside the front door. It was helpful. Overall nice apartment for short stay for visitors/tourist. Especially with kids we can cook small meals if needed. It’s in the centre as well. Parking was just 2 minutes away from the property. We went for beach walk after dinner which was lovely. Thanks to the host.

it was spacious with a separate living area and bedroom. Liked that they had a washing machine and comfortable bed

Good location

Location is very central but not noisy. Very unusual pub across the street which we enjoyed but could be a noisy in the summer.

Difficulty with key boxes which obscured by parked vans.

Location was good, and the kitchen was quite well equated

There was know where hang our clothes, no dressing table. The shower really needs sorting out. There no basic instructions on how to use the TV or oven or general info about Penzanze.

The location was excellent and ideal if coming by train as very close to the station. Also close to the centre of Penzance and close to the shops. The facilities were good if you are self-catering and apartment was very clean, We had a great stay and we will very likely book again

The parking was a bit of a problem (lots of double yellow lines) but there are plenty of roads around to park the car in within a short walking distance of the apartment.

we had a very comfortable 8 days at this property, close to shops and pubs, Parking was an issues,

right in the town centre, close to pubs, shops

could of done with more plates and table spoons, the windows aloud a lot of noise in from the street and road

Freezing and uncomfortable.

good location.

I booked for one adult and two older children. The bed had a duvet but the sofa bed only had one very thin blanket. The heating would not turn on. it was absolutely freezing (end of November) we had to sleep in our clothes and used towels for extra blankets. I finally got some sleep at 4:30am.
