The large pasture behind the main yard offers a perfect place to play ball or explore with your kids or dogs. The garage has been transformed into a game room, complete with PacMan, Ping Pong, and Skeeball to add to the vast list of activities this house has to offer. Ample parking is available for larger vehicles. While there is a guest house on the property with long-term renters, there is excellent separation and privacy. Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed at Sonoma County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decibel meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. The property was well-equipped with games and amenities, including an incredible backyard and hot tub. Very clean and spacious, and also really close to town. Overall, great place for family and friends!

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful place inside and out. Hot tub was lovely, games were fun, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend!!

Pool & hot tub were great fun in a huge beautiful backyard. We barely left the house as we were having so much fun enjoying the backyard. At night we cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, watched movies on the big screen TV & played some air hockey, but ran out of time to try all the games. Great place!

The property was spectacular and would definitely stay here again. Only draw back was no AC and the house does get warm. They did provide plenty of fans though.

The setting and location are beautiful. It's a short drive to The Barlow and Bodega Bay. The house looks newly renovated, as does the beautiful backyard.
There were a few things that I did not know about before booking. The pool is heated, but there was a $250./daily fee to heat it. The main bedroom had spotty internet and no cable tv. It lacked a dresser, but had nice closet space (only a few hangers; I transferred clothes already hung up). There was no table and chair set in the kitchen (but there was a dining table and chairs in the living room/entry area).
We didn't mind these things too much, as we travel with a small folding bistro set (just in case/it's happened before). We watched tv on our phones (in the bedroom). We used the in ground hot tub (it was too chilly for the pool, anyway).
The house is great for families with young children. I would like to have
had more glassware and less plasticware, for the adults. It is a peaceful, quiet home with beautiful landscaping and great parking. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

The house is perfect. Extremely clean and spacious. The back yard just awesome. And the location is fantastic. 10-30 mins to anything from the beach, to amazing wineries, to downtown.
Also appreciate they mention the other rental house in their property but honestly it just feels like any other neighbor. It’s a non issue. Great property. Would love to go back.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Having 3 king sized beds was such a treat! The family room was the perfect place to watch movies. We really wanted to use the beautiful pool, but the weather didn’t warm up enough. However, we were still able to enjoy the GORGEOUS yard and had lunch outside. Definitely want to come back in the summer!

Stylish, comfortable home with amazing amenities
My family had a fantastic weekend at his house! It is very conveniently located near Sebastopol downtown and lots of fun destinations like apple farms and pumpkin patches. The home itself was well-appointed, clean, with new and comfortable furnishings and fixtures. The kids (and adults!) of course loved the air hockey table, pool, and hot tub. We definitely hope to return again!
