This 3 story home has 4 bedrooms and a loft area with plenty of room to sleep 22 people and 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of room for all your friends & family. Each floor has its own private balcony with mesmerizing views of the ocean, the sunset will leave you breathless. The beach is just steps away from your front door. Literally a 38 second walk down a private pathway straight to the beach. Spend your days in the sun & your nights unwinding in our Sea Castle. ** We offer a 50 AMP service for car charging via a NEMA 14-60 outlet *** *No events or parties permitted.* *Pets permitted $250 pet fee per pet. See details below* An outdoor grill is available for use- Just in case the propane tank is empty & not filled up by previous guests, please feel free to get it filled up or grab a new one and we will reimburse you for it if you send us the receipt! You may get lucky, and the guests before you may have filled it up- If not, we will reimburse you for the re-fill. This spacious home is perfect for multiple families / guests. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV's in each bedroom. Sleeping Arrangements- 1st floor: BR 1 has 2 full size bunk beds & BR 2 has a king bed Main floor has a queen size sleeper sofa 3rd floor: BR 1 has a king bed,BR 2 has 2 queen beds & there is a loft area w/ a full size bunk bed Pool table on the lower level. Garage available for parking! ** We offer a 50 AMP service for car charging via a NEMA 14-60 outlet *** Keyless entry, will be given a personal code for keypad. You will have the entire home to yourself. We are available by phone or E-mail throughout your stay. Private street right off of Thomas Drive Steps to the Beach Located in a small community w/ private beach access that's close to all PCB has to offer - restaurants, shopping & more! Walking distance to a couple breakfast places including Gypsea Crepes and Waffle House. Make sure to check out one of our favorites- Finn's Island Style Grub, a 3 minute walk from the property. Check out their reviews, our guests have said that they have the best tacos ever! They are also open for breakfast as well. What a perfect way to start your day! Book your beach getaway today! **PET POLICY** Do you find it near impossible to leave your dog(s) behind while you go on vacation? If your answer is yes, then we can 100% relate to that! We love our dogs and appreciate any opportunity to create memories that involve them as well. So grab your furry, four-legged friend(s) because this home is PET FRIENDLY! -$250 NON REFUNDABLE fee per dog to be paid in advance - Dogs that are less than a year old are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies. - Maximum of 2 DOGS are allowed on property. No cats or other animals are permitted. - Size limit for the dogs is 75 lbs each. - Guests are expected to ensure that their animals are supervised, do not damage the premises, are completely house trained and do not urinate or defecate inside the house. - Dogs are not to be outside without a guest present. - Dogs must be crated when guests leave the home. - Guests must pick up/clean all dog waste. - Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds. Guests who do not abide by these provisions may be asked to remove their animal.

My family had a good time in this spacious 3 story castle. Views of the ocean from balcony and a 20 second walk to the beach were amazing.

Absolutely loved this house. The views were gorgeous and we were only steps away from the beach. The house had plenty of room for our group of 11 to spread out. The whole house is fully updated with beautiful bathrooms, furniture, flooring, bedding…the pictures do not do it justice.

We loved our stay at the Castle. Steps to the sand and plenty of space for our big family. Two full kitchens. The neighborhood made us feel so welcome. The Property manager, Ashley was terrific!

The house was perfect and a real castle by the sea. For our family of fourteen we definitely will be renting again when the time is right. For those wondering: It is a three story home so there are lots of stairs. The drive way can hold 4 cars, like we had. For those who may want to know, the beds are in fact on the firm to hard side of the spectrum. Bathrooms are large and spacious. Multiple balconies, nicely stocked kitchen will necessary cutlery, bowls, plates, cups, etc. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and a grill in the garage.

We had a group of 9 celebrating our 25 yr Sisterhood and the house was very accommodating and comfortable. Everyone had enough space throughout the 3 floors and the home was clean and the check in process was super simple. Everyone had a great time and I would certainly stay here again.

Loved the house. Everything needed was provided except a broom. We purchased one to use for our stay. Loved location to beach; however, some of the neighboring houses were not appealing to look at and very close to neighbors.

The house looks grand and big but our issue was the bathrooms. We thought that they would be a little more private. Also some minor details are outdated like the door knobs would fall off. Some of the sheets smelled. Location wise really close to the beach

Worth every penny!!

My family and I truly enjoyed this property! It was perfect! Property clean, more then enough space for everyone! Pots, pans, everything you need is provided with the home! We were even able to wash our clothes so we didn’t have to travel with wet/sandy clothes. Literally steps away from Beach and it is close to attractions such as the waterpark. Grocery stores are also close to the property! Anytime we come to Panama we are booking the castle by the sea!!
