The Villa is HUGE! Each bedroom is en-suite and the living space is big. The outside is vast, so lots of space to spread out. Enrique, the host, was very attentive and helpful and whilst he doesn't speak English we were able to communicate ok. The Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the key to the safe was broken by the previous occupants and the master key hadn't been received by the safe company in time for our stay, so we had to go without. Other than that, we had no complaints!

The outside space is very big, however the BBQ is at the back of the property in what we deemed 'wasted space'. If we all wanted to sit together then we would had to have locked the front of the villa up to be able to sit around the back. One of us BBQ'd alone and then brought the food around to the front. A BBQ at the front of the villa would be better.

The booking process and property management was excellent, Nora was always on hand to help with anything we needed or any questions which was very reassuring and helpful. Enrique the security man was great and alway around in case we needed anything and to clean the pool. He even took our rubbish away. The villa location and facilities were great, the villa had everything you needed. We opted for the pool to be heated as we have been to Lanzarote many times and know it can cool quickly at night. Location is where all the nice villas are and 5 min walk to shops and super market at end of the road. Was very safe and secure

If I was being really picky, I’d say maybe a mid week clean and towel change would be good but it didn’t impact our holiday.

Recommend asking for the pool to be heated in advance of your stay. A first aid kit in the kitchen would also be helpful.

The hills to walk back up from the town - but got used to them!

We loved the villa, the size was impressive and there really was everything in it you could possibly need or want. Enrique was on hand for any worries. The kettle was broke on our arrival and this was replaced within hours. The bedding was clean, lots of facilities in the villa that we made use of. Hair dryer and straighteners in every room and the en suite bathrooms were huge and spacious. Plenty storage in all the rooms and the tv and Internet worked well.

The pool wasn't heated and for us this would put us off returning. We did pay extra for a day of heat but it really wasnt enough. It would need to be heated the whole time and this is quite alot of extra money on top of an expensive villa

This property was top class bed all so comfortable and excellent showers. Anything you could possibly need was in this Villa. We will definitely return here
