This condo is beautifully updated and very clean. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The condo definitely has some of the best views in the Lands End complex. With proximity to both the beach and canal, you enjoy the continuous sound of crashing waves. The beaches are perfect for walking and the overall complex is secure and well maintained.
I would recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

The photos do not do this property justice. The views from the primary bedroom and the living room are simply amazing! The condo is well stocked with anything you may need, along with more clothes hangers than in any other VRBO we have stayed (which we greatly appreciate). It is also tastefully decorated. The community is very quiet and the grounds are lovely. Restaurants and Publix are a very short drive away. You will not be disappointed with this rental. We would definitely stay here again.

The title sums it all up...This place is Clean & Beautiful. From the well-appointed kitchen to the Split King power bed, this place has it all. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated with walk-in showers and the most perfect view of sunsets you could ever imagine. Walking the beach is like a treasure hunt. There are sea shells bigger than your fist all around you. Couldn't ask for more. It's quiet and security does a very nice job with only allowing guests on the property. We were more than pleased and will plan another stay in the future. If you're looking for clean and beautiful, you won't be disappointed in this condo

We often stay at rentals for 3 weeks or more, dragging along a bin of “essentials”—food processor, cloth napkins and tea towels, good graters, selection of pots and pans and, above all, a selection of good knives and a steel to sharpen them. Shock! The owners had provided an excellent set of pots and pans (only needed our pasta and steam pot) and really good knives. This kitchen was one of the best kitted out that we’ve ever had. And the appliances were superb. We look for 3 things in a rental: (1) a good and comfortable bed (check: very comfy); (2) reading lights and a night table at each side of the bed (check: plenty of room in night table for meds, etc.); and (3) quiet (check: top floor unit in last building—only really heard waves upon the shore). Almost every sunset from our balcony we could also see between 3 and 8 dolphins. But the best part for us was the peace of mind we got from the owner, Richard, who responded super-fast to our every question and request. The only problem that Richard couldn’t handle (and NO ONE CAN) was the Red Tide that invaded the coast of Treasure Island our last week. But it was a good reason to explore the many fantastic art museums in St. Pete. We would return in a heartbeat (and hope to).

The location of the property was amazing. The pass on the left and ocean in front. Probably over 100 dolphins seen throughout the week. Some just feet from the beach. Beach and water were beautiful. Found plenty of cool shells. Beach area was not to crowded.
The condo was amazing. Super clean and very modern. One of the best we have rented. We loved it. Sitting on the balcony and watching the boats come out of pass was cool. Some of the most amazing sunsets.

This is without a doubt the nicest property I've ever stayed in and have found in this area. The views are spectacular as you are right next to a pass through from the bay area out to the Gulf, so you are have views of the water from two different areas. The condominium is immaculate, super updated and terrifically laid out. I knew we were in good shape when I checked in at the front and the guy at the guard shack told me that building was the nicest one on their property! The only downside - and this is minor – but you cannot get chair service at this location. It's beyond me why none of the companies come down that far on the beach. I always enjoy not having to drag that stuff out every day, but again it was a minor inconvenience given how absolutely gorgeous the property was. Fantastic communication with the owner as well. Cannot wait to go back!

Lands End has been a favorite vacation spot for our family for over 30 years! We love building six and the views. Unobstructed, gorgeous views in this condo, plenty of outdoor furniture. Great primary bedroom "ghost" bed. We were somewhat disappointed that the square footage for guests is less than we anticipated. The area usually used as an office area or daybed area has been made into a locked room for owners, which also makes the kitchen smaller. Had a couple of days of conference calls and work on laptop and phone, so the typical roominess of the condo was missed. We knew before we left not to expect beach towels, but only one dish towel and two dish cloths, and maybe a 1/16th of a roll of TP in guest bathroom upon arrival didn't seem to fit the nightly rate. No wall decor at all was unusual. Could use some hooks or a narrow entrance table or hall tree to help with entering a beautiful property. Would have been nice to put shoes neatly away without them being a trip hazard in front hall.. Very nice appliances including washer & dryer. Very Large granite kitchen snack bar with beautiful white adjustable bar stools. Large, comfortable coudh and large TV's. Check out this particular property if you are over 30, have just 2 people or the max of 4. Excellent location in Lands End!!

Lovely place, amazing stay!
Wonderfully decorated and updated condo. Easy to come and go from the gated community for all of our activities. Beautiful, clean, private beach that was never crowded. Many lovely people to chat with along the shore. Lots of shells to collect and enjoy. During our stay we saw a manatee, lots of dolphins, a variety of native birds, lots of geckos, and even a stingray! Dolphins (or porpoises?) were an everyday, several times a day occurrence which we thoroughly enjoyed! Beautiful creatures! Peaceful area and great sleeping. My in-laws enjoyed the ghost bed very much! Location was perfectly located for all of our touristy excursions. Kitchen had cookware and serve-ware, but all other supplies were either limited or unavailable so be aware you may need to purchase paper towels and laundry detergent, etc. Would also recommend bringing all your own beach gear, maybe even a small cooler for food and drinks. We did leave an umbrella and one snorkel set for future guests. But beach chairs, towels, water shoes, for walking on the beach over all the shells, and shell bags were used daily by us! You may consider bringing those items! So much fun! Beautiful place and beautiful area! Lovely people! Def recommend! Thank you Richard for letting us stay at and enjoy your little piece of paradise!

Outstanding location on the southern tip of Treasure Island (aka Land's End). High end appliances, fixtures and ghost bed provide comfort and luxury! Watch the sunset from the master suite or private balcony, or from your back yard - which is the beach! Lots of great restaurants nearby as well as a large Publix grocery store. It was easy to feel at home here. This is very quiet gated community but it's close to where the action is! So much to do within a 15 minute radius! Our host was easy to reach via text but he provided lots of helpful instructions so we had very little need to contact him during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in paradise!

We stepped right outside the condo on the very uncrowded beach on Nov 20th and got married at sunset. Thank you for making our honeymoon one we will never forget...simply a magical place!!
