This beautiful beachfront condo sits directly on the beach, with a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The view provides unbelievable sunsets. There is no better place to enjoy a drink at night or coffee in the morning. Ground level of the condo is parking and this unit is on the first elevated floor. Its perfect location places you on the white sands of Florida’s Gulf Coast. In less than a minute, you can leave the condo and have your feet on the warm sand. Our two bedroom, two full bath condo is ideally located directly on Madeira Beach and within walking distance of the famous John's Pass and many other restaurants and bars. Enjoy the relaxing ocean waves or head down the street and partake in shopping and restaurants. This is the perfect place to take a family. We want young families to have a relaxing time, so the condo is set up with a pack n' play, high chair, umbrella stroller, baby utensils and dishes. Plus we have children DVDs and games. Save the effort of hauling EVERYTHING with you, we have you covered! We also have beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and a small cooler for use. Located just 36 minutes from Tampa International Airport, or 26 minutes from Clearwater/St. Pete Airport, you can be relaxing on the beach or in the pool & hot tub within and hour of landing. Head just 30 minutes north to visit Clearwater's Pier 60 or Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Hope and Winter! Bush Gardens is just 45 min away too. With several nearby golf courses, public parks, shops, bars, and restaurants, you won't be bored. This is an ideal location to just relax on the beach, or enjoy all the fun Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer.

Other than the cool weather and wet days, we had a good stay and enjoyed a few days of walks on the beach, John’s Pass shopping and lots of good seafood. Condo was clean and had supplies needed for basic cooking. Love the view and easy access to the beach.

Fantastic sunsets and sunrises 100 feet to Beach 50 feet to very nice pool and 8 person jacuzzi good reaustarnts up and down the street John's pass down the street very clean condo had everything from beach great to baby stroller thanks for the great memories

We had a great stay! Nice, spacious apartment, clean sheets, covers, comfortable main room bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for food prep. The view of the ocean on the balcony with my morning coffee was the best! Definitely a repeat!

Everyone in my group enjoyed this property. Loved watching the sunsets from the balcony and having the beach and ocean a few steps away. The condo is kept up very well and had everything we needed for a great trip. I appreciated Ryan checking in with us upon arrival to make sure we didnt have any issues. Will definitely stay again.

This condo was in an amazing location! We could walk to John’s Boardpass to the shops and restaurants. The condo had everything you need, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for kids, even a cooler. The condo was very clean with a spacious master bedroom! Conveniently located on the first floor and an easy walk to the beach. Ryan, the owner, had excellent communication the entire time. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed being within a short walking distance to the beach and St John’s Pass. It was nice to have a grocery within a few minute drive as well. The condo had sand toys for the kids and towels which was very nice since we flew. Ryan had great communication with us. Beautiful area.

We loved the condo it was beautiful, plenty of room, large kitchen ! Awesome location as well, walking distance to Johns Pass and Caddys down the road. Great location to explore St Petes, Clearwater, and Tampa as well! Loved sitting on the balcony every evening til we went to bed. The condo was also very clean!

This well maintained unit is right over a beautiful white sand beach and near a wooden walkway to the beach. It has a balcony looking out over the water. There was a closet filled with about every beach toy, chair, umbrella we could want. A staircase to the ground right is in front of the front door or a very slow elevator down the hall. It is within walking distance of zJohns Pass. Our two adults and four teenagers fit in the unit nicely. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

This is the 2d time we have stayed at this location. Both times was a great experience. Loved the beautiful sunsets & even got to see some dolphins. The condo had everything we needed. The owner was wonderful & responded quickly with any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely can't say enough good things about this property. It is the best VRBO we've ever rented. They thought of everything we didn't have to buy a thing. They had extra trash bags and toilet paper also. The condo was extremely clean. The owners were very responsive with any questions. We knew exactly what we were going to get and the pictures where a 100% accurate. The bedding and beds were so comfortable I'm wanting to get them for our home. My only regret is that we only stayed 3 days we can't wait to rent again for a longer stay. Parking is amazing and it takes you one minute to get to the beach from your unit the views are absolutely breath taking. Conveniently located only a 10 minute walk to John's pass. We loved the shopping and Island grill was our favorite place to eat. The heated pool and hot tub was so clean and amazing. We rented jet skis, walked the beach and loved spending time on the beautiful balcony watching the dolphins. Check in and check out took 2 minutes so easy! Owner had every detail sent to me before I arrived. Thank you also for the early check in. We felt like we were in paradise.

Everything about this condo was perfect. Very well stocked and owner communicated. Check in process couldn’t have been any easier. Perfect location. Close enough to walk to John’s Pass, but also many places the other direction.

Loved the view of the beach especially the sunsets! The condo had everything we needed for comfort, fully equipped kitchen, spacious and little extras (beach chairs, games, books , etc) to enjoy our time rain or shine, heat or cold. We also enjoyed shopping, museums and symphony in St. Petersberg.

Ryan was very easy to communicate with and we appreciate the time that he took to make sure we understood everything. This location is great for families wanting to explore John's Pass. A great suggestion from the owner was to go to Candy Kitchen right down the street from this location. Best ice cream we've had in a long time. Thank you! We had a great wonderful time.

We all enjoyed the property and location. The water was perfect too! However, we had to cut our stay by 3 days because of hurricane Ian! We have heard from the property owner and he was kind enough to refund a small portion of our charges, however, we have not heard from the VRBO management to refund any of their fees/charges…mot even to split them because of the weather. Very disappointing that we had to leave because of an act of nature and VRBO hasn’t even checked in on us or offered a refund…or even a partial refund on those 2 days of our missed vacation time.
