About this house rental
Located in Nannup, this charming house for $169 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Nestled in a quiet valley just 5 minutes from Nannup's friendly centre, and with direct access to the incredible trails network, our cozy farm cottage oozes character! Bring the whole family, drink in views of rolling hills, and the city will seem a million miles away! With limitless walking, cycling and horse riding opportunities, the Munda Biddi Trail and Warren-Blackwood Stock Route run straight past us on a road so quiet you'll forget it's there! Chop some wood for the stove, pick yourself some loquats or figs in season, cool down with ceiling fans and air conditioners, fire up the barbie with some local marron and have a magical alfresco meal in the gazebo, build a fire in the outdoor stove. Make a pod coffee and sit on one of two shady patios watching parrots and blue fairy wrens hop in the gardens, relax with fast free Starlink wifi, catch up on work at our sit-stand desk with ergonomic chair, printer and outlets, and log in to stream on the large smart TV in the living room or lie back in bedroom one with a movie on the 32in smart tv (both with Chromecast). Well behaved dogs (and other species) are welcome and riders may bring their horses to access our 60x20 arena and extensive trail riding opportunities, by arrangement.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Awesome little place. It’s no 5 star hotel but it’s nice, clean and as someone said previously, “quirkey”. Close to town, and the mountain bike park with a toasty warm fire, this is an awesome getaway. We’ll be back again!

We just got home from a fantastic couple of days on Nannup at this great little house .The house that fred built is quirky and cosy and all you need when looking to relax and enjoy the peace ans quite .Out 2 kids 4 and 6 loved getting there gum boots on and looking for animal tracks. We brought our little staffy who spent 3 days just going around sniffing everything and the evenings crashed out by the fire place .The kids didn't want to go home .We will be booking again in the future

Great getaway for the family, kids enjoyed the space, wood chopping and bike riding. While the adults enjoyed the peacefulness of where the property is located and the lovely town of Nannup.

Jacob was very helpful and the retreat was very quiet and relaxing. Perfect for the dogs and if you had a horse to bring as there was a sand school. Good position for exploring the area.

A great base for biking and walking and trips into Nannup for breakfast and treats. The house was a little more 'rustic' than we anticipated, but it has a certain charm that wins you over. The kids loved all the games for indoors and out and it has all the amenities required to cook, eat and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Delightful Farm Stay
The property was perfect, lovely, clean comfortable farm house with all the amenities we needed for our stay with 2 young children. The position was perfect close enough to town if you needed anything but far enough out to enjoy the peace and quiet of country living. We enjoyed everything about this property.

What a beautiful setting to relax and unwind! The house has lots of character and the fire kept us so toasty. We all felt like Perth was a million miles away! Jake (the owner) is really great at communication and was happy to help with any questions and recommendations. We felt at home and will definitely be returning in the near future!

Had a lovely stay at the retreat. It had everything that we needed, took a nice stroll down to the creek at the rear of the property, the fire place was really cosy with plenty of dry wood available. Looking forward to another relaxing stay.
