***** Location The free taxi ride from the airport was very welcome. The apartment is ideally located. It is near an excellent bar /Schiller Brau/ just opposite, has an excellent morning cafe with good coffee and croissants. There are several Afghani, or middle-eastern restaurants on the doorstep. The area has a middle-eastern vibe with plenty of small grocers and shisha bars with guys hanging out there and on the street corner till all hours. A couple of strip clubs finish off a lively atmosphere. It is a bit noisy if you leave the window open. Everyone was friendly and helpful. ***** Ali The man who appeared to be our concierge was helpful and friendly when asked. ***** The Apartment Very clean. Nice balcony. Shower very good. Bed is excellent.

***** Arrival and Expectations Munich's Finest Apartments is a collection of apartments and it wasn't clear from the photos which one you are going to get. The photos included a kitchen and some armchairs. Our apartment did not have either of these as it was too small. This was a bit of a shock and we were expected to cough up 200 Euros in cash as a damage deposit. ***** Instructions There needs to be an instruction sheet explaining much more about the apartment and facilities. - What is the situation with laundry? - Are we expected to do our own laundry? - If so, where are the facilities and how do you use them? - Should you bring your own detergent? - Is there a pickup service? - Refuse Collection or Disposal - Where are the bins? - Should we dispose of our rubbish? - The safe needs some instructions. - The television would benefit from some instructions. - Some labels or instructions for the air-conditioning/heating the shutters and refrigerator would be helpful. - We had to wash up our cups and anything else in the bathroom sink and there were tea towels for drying them. - At the end of the trip we just left our cards on the bed and walked out, would be nice if there was a message the day before to arrange to say goodbye. - It wasn't clear what our relationship with Ali, we had his mobile number and just texted him, but it felt a bit like we were hassling him. ***** The Apartment - Hooks There no hooks on the backs of doors - Rails There are no rails for towels to dry - Tables The bedside tables are too small and round. Things are likely to fall off them especially in the night. Being round just reduces the amount of room and they are wobbly. They should be larger and rectangular. - The larger round table and chair aren't very useful - much better to have a chest of drawers in there that can also be used as a table.

Lovely modern, clean apartment with balconies off the lounge and bedrooms, plus the added benefit of a shared roof terrace. Very quiet at night and a short walk from Central Station. Proprietor lives on premises and has luggage storage should you have an early arrival or late departure.

Maybe provide larger cups for tea or coffee.

We stayed 7 nights in a one bed apartment. We contacted Ali close to our arrival and he met us at the door and showed us to our room, explained everything required and handed us the swipe card. Apartment was amazing, comfy bed, great kitchen, wonderful shower and perfect location. We had a few issues in the apartment during our stay and when we contacted Ali, he was there within approximately 10 minutes and had them rectified without a problem. Highly recommended 😁

Modern and renovated

- Apartment did not look like pictures at all: we selected the apartment specifically because it showed a large table in the pictures of that specific category we booked to work there. In reality, there were two tiny bistro tables, so it was not pleasant to work there. - Air condition: in the description of amenities, it said that the apartment had air conditioning, which is another reason why we took it as it was summer. There were only two portable fans, but no air conditioning, so it was very warm. Also, because the street outside is very loud at night with bars, etc. and people shouting, it is not pleasant to leave the windows open. - Cleanliness: toilet was not flushed and dirty, the coffee machine / water cooker weren‘t cleaned for a long time and were „slimy“ - Deposit: no where in the general terms & conditions of the apartments does it say that a cash deposit of 200 € is needed. They only say that after booking. After I asked about it in the messenger if I at least get a receipt of some sort, the staff was unfriendly in their replies. In the end, the guy handing over the apartment suddenly told us „that we look like nice people“ and did not take a deposit… very weird that they were first rude about it and suddenly make exceptions. Seems very unprofessional.

Our host, Mr. Ali, was very polite and responsive. The apartment was very new and centrally located with a 10-minute walk to Munich’s main train station.

For a 2-night stay, everything was fine and functional. I would have preferred a few more pillow options in bedrooms.

The apartment is located close to the main train station (5 min walk) in a lively area with many restaurants and shops. The old town is also at walking distance. Shopping streets are 5 min walk away, Marienplatz is at 15 min walk. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated with fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.. All worked very well and flexible.

It is a lively area of the city with restaurants and bars so a bit more noisy, also in the evenings. It did not bother us at all as the windows are sound-proof and the bedrooms were in the back. But just something to bear in mind.

Check-in and check-out were both very simple. I typed the owner’s phone number into WhatsApp and we were able to communicate easily. We were just a short walk from Marienplatz and the hop on/hop off bus; also just steps away from the main train and bus station, which made it easy to plan a last minute day trip to Zugspitze. We were able to cook and do laundry during our stay. The apartment was great for our family of 6 - they really have the most comfortable pull-out couch I’ve ever slept on! Perhaps add one more fan so that when all rooms are used for sleeping everyone has some cool air. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

The loction is perfect, close to supermarket, resto, train and bus station. Master bed is comfy, but the extra bed makes cracking noise

The apartment was very close to central metro and bus stations. As well as very close to city attractions; which made very easy to walk by every destination or during night. The host was very welcoming and kind. The apartment was clean and tidy. Would definitely come back!

Minimal amenities in kitchen - there was no coffee pods provided, and no tea towel to use. The floors were also not the cleanest.

Very spacious, beautiful and clean apartment, easy access. Walkable from Munich HBF, even with a lot of trolley bags! :) Excellent location. All facilities provided in the apartment.

Busy street, I was worried at first but with the windows closed it’s actually fine. Slept well in fact.
