I will preface this by saying I did not contact the property management company about our issues - mainly because we were working the whole time and were really busy.
To start, whoever did this renovation should be ashamed - the kitchen slopes down, the stairs to the upstairs cannot be up to code because they're very steep almost to the point of being a ladder, and the upstairs is also sloped in a different direction from the kitchen. The temperature in the house is also bizarre and the vent near the dining table is filthy. It was really really hot downstairs and pretty freezing upstairs.
They also had these weird mattress pads on the bed that were plastic so they made a noise every time you moved and also made it even hotter to sleep on them because they were plastic.
The TV did not really function properly - all we could pull up to watch was reruns of The Price is Right and Cheaters.
They claim this is in Fountain Square, but it seemed a bit dicey where the house is located. it's definitely on the outer rim of Fountain Square.
In terms of cleanliness - we found a half eaten Kit Kat in the stovetop and long hairs in the master bedroom. The towels are ridiculously thin and small and they had zero products in the showers to use when showering. They did have hairdryers that were attached to the wall, a la Super 8 Motel - so there's that!
We would not stay here again and we travel to Indy frequently for work.

The house is cozy and exactly what we needed! We all enjoyed our spaces and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Property was perfect! It had everything as described. I'd recommend for anyone staying for a a day or two in Indianapolis. Host was responsive for the entire trip and very accommodating.

Communication was excellent. House was perfect for a couple of days stay. Only downfall was the house was cold and so were the showers. Even the first person to shower felt the temperature didn’t get hot enough. Otherwise, it was very nice and clean.

Would stay again. Pretty well stocked for my liking but some friends thought more coffee would get 2 thumbs up. If there were extra blankets for the pull out couch we couldn't find them. That was uncomfortable for one of our guests. There are plenty of throw blankets for back up.

House is cute, very clean and well stocked. Small backyard with a table and chairs was nice to hang out at. Neighborhood is a little sketchy- there were police cars roaming around at night, but it was quiet at night. I appreciated the alarm system in the house - it beeped if the doors opened. I would stay here again.

This was an amazing property. The house is so cute ☺️ It looked exactly the way it was listed. Stayed there with my adult children and their significant others and it was perfect. Cleanliness was above and beyond. Little skeptical about location when we arrived but turned out to be nice quiet little area. Stayed one night to attend U of L football game and it was very close to the Stadium and downtown. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Didn’t need to ask host for anything. Everything from easy check in to check out was well managed ☺️

Stay was good. I do have a suggestion, you need a handicap grab bar in the downstairs bath. Our friiends have physical issues and it was a major problem for them

The house was nice but not in a very nice neighborhood. A lot of things were out of owners control- a loose dog running up and down the street chasing our family, construction workers showing up at 6am working outside right next door & waking us up & a birds nest in the window AC unit accompanied with lots of noise. We ended up leaving after one night of our three night stay. The final straw ended up being the upstairs shower leaking through the floor and dripping on the stairs. Like I said the house was nice but it just made sense for our family to leave early & find other arrangements.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house . It was very clean and organized. There was extra supplies of everything if we needed it. Check in process was very easy. We definitely recommend the house if you are staying in Indy for a few days.

The house is clean. Beds are comfortable. My children run around barefoot and to my surprise it is clean. The location is close to McDonald’s and Kroger. You can see that the neighborhood is expanding.

When we arrived the home was exactly as expected! It is a charming home in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful front porch and shade trees. The house was super clean, comfortable beds, simple, modern decor. If I had to find anything to say negative the only thing I would be able to say is I don’t like on street parking but that is just a personal preference. We had two vans in our party and were always able to park directly in front of the house!

We were literally on our way to the property and I got a message our booking was cancelled. The person from the property management company apologized profusely, but that did us no good. We are on vacation and had to come up with hundreds of dollars immediately to find somewhere else to stay. Stay away from this company with that kind of incompetence! The least they could have done was offer another available property to us, but I guess with their level of incompetence that would have been too complicated.

It all started with a needed trip to Indy for a tournament. As we are not seasoned travelers with home rentals, we needed assistance and had a “few” questions. Tia was great. She calmly and throughly answered my questions.
The booking and check in process was completed with ease. Upon coming in the home, we were met with a clean smell and appealing layout. The treats in the kitchen made me chuckle. Tia thought of everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I love the bed room on the 1st floor with the little side nook. We had a great stay. We recommend it for all who want a a great Indy experience. Looking forward to staying again.

We had a very relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. If the weather was warmer, we would have enjoyed sitting on front porch or backyard. Tia is very responsive to any questions. The only slightly inconvenient part of the house layout is that the downstairs bathroom is located in the back of the house away from the master bedroom but otherwise the house worked very well for our family.

We had a sporting event in downtown Indy. This was a much more affordable option vs. a downtown hotel. We had breakfast delivered before the sporting event. The house allowed our family to spend more time together.

Beautiful house. There were waters and snacks upon arriving, always a plus. Great location, walking distance to Upland FSQ Brewing. Lots of fun stuff nearby. Loved it.

The property was very nice and clean, check in process was easy and I can see using this house again. We went to the Lakers Pacers game and had a great time and was close to the arena. Everyone in our group has been friends for 52 years and had a blast. Thanks

The host really thought of everything that a guest may need (coffee with all the fixings, bottled water and snacks, even toothbrushes if you happen to forget yours. The house was spotless, super cute and comfortable, and the neighborhood seemed pretty quiet. I would totally recommend renting this house and would stay here again.

Location was great, central to downtown & close to everything. The house was in great shape & prepared with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the renter was top notch. It’s a GREAT find & we truly can’t wait to stay there again!

The area is a short distance from downtown Indy and provided everything we needed. Our group of ladies annually go to Indy Christmas Shopping and decided to try a VRBO this year instead of a hotel as we had several joining us. This home worked out perfect!!! Once we arrived, we didn't leave again, we ordered Grub Hub and stayed there. Beautifully decorated, has everything we needed and even some games which we played after dinner. This worked out so much better than a hotel room for us. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fold out in the living room and maybe another one in the downstairs bedroom. The stairs are steep with deep steps to the upstairs so anyone with mobility problems might have an issue utilizing that area. The morning we left, we went to eat at the Easy Rider dinner which was perfect. Communication was great, information on how to enter arrived well in advance. A GREAT place to stay!
