The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Downtown New Braunfels is within walking distance, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive from River Run, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed).No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
