This unit proudly features: • 2 BD / 2.5 BA (king- master, 2 Double Beds- guest bedroom, living room sofa sleeper) • Air-conditioning • Oceanfront Views from 2 balconies – one off the living-room & one off the master • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Retractable Awning on downstairs lanai, and pull-down screen on upper lanai • Washer/Dryer • WIFI in the condo • Spacious with just over 1000 sq.ft of living space • Stairs/ Split level (Both bedrooms upstairs, kitchen & living room downstairs) • Half bathroom downstairs • Sandy beach with easy access This beautiful townhouse condominium has just undergone a complete designer remodel. The remodel features limestone floors and bathroom tile as well as granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms. There are all new state of the art appliances in the kitchen as well as custom framed art and Tommy Bahama and designer selected furniture throughout. Large screen 52-inch HD TV's with blu-ray DVD players and surround sound can be found in the living room and master bedroom along with a 42-inch HD television in the second bedroom.This unit has air-conditioning throughout the condo. Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Property Manager, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out.
