A acomodação é muito boa, quarto e banheiro muito amplo.

A temperatura do ar condicionado é monitorado por eles e não no quarto individualmente tanto durante o dia como a noite.

It is a fantastic place and surroundings. The service and food was excellent. Really a nice place

the rooms could have been better designed and decorated if the style from the restaurant and lobby was more implemented. But still it was nice.

Highly recommend

Staff went above expectations to make sure we had a excellent stay. They remembered our names, our orders, and seemed invested in helping us plan activities.

Amazing stay, lovely location, great staff.

The attention was amazing, the staff went their way to help us in every way they could. The location was beautiful, I was in awe at every area. My only regret was not staying for a longer time, since I believe they have enough activities to discover for a few days.

Great location/untrained staff

Beautiful location. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Space was clean and well maintained. Excursions were great and guides did a great job of setting breakfast near the geysers/ wildlife.

Despite having adequate staff in the restaurant they could not get the dinner out in time. We knew we had a large party so we divided ourselves in multiple tables. It seemed staff was running around but still could not get dinner on the table for an hour and a half.they were very nice and not rude or anything, it’s possible that delay was in the kitchen and not the waiting staff but either way the staff needs more training for f they are going to charge a premium of $1300/ night.

Staff are an asset to Nayara. Happy and willing to help. The chef obliged by making extra vegetarian meals.

Beautiful hotel, great excursions!

This hotel was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The tours exciting with knowledgeable guides. Food was delicious!

We would have loved to give Alto Atacam a 10, but for this one very annoying issue. Although we purchased the all inclusive package (not cheap!), we were asked to sign a bill after every lunch and dinner showing VERY inflated prices of everything we ordered and drank, with a suggested tip amount of 10% (of this unreasobale total). We were not expected to pay for our meals or drinks, but we were pressued this way to leave a very large tip.. Our issue was not tipping; we love to reciprocate any staff's hard work, and we are aware that 10% is standard in Chile. However, the prices that were listed on every bill were ridiculously high, making a 10% tip also unreasonably high. This truly was very annoying and we couldn't help but feel a little taken advantage of by Alto Atacama in this respect. We had stayed at Explora in Torres del Paine a week earlier, and we never had to sign for our meals; we just gave our room number.. This made our meals a lot less stressful.

idyllic hotel with attentive staff

the location is great, the hotel is luxury but the staff are the best part about this hotel. The attention to detail and service was a cut above everything else we had in Chile and we were well looked after

Fabulous location, fabulous food and fabulously warm staff! Highly recommended!

Almost everything was exceptional. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave, the staff are looking after you beautifully. The food was fabulous and the setting of the hotel is breathtaking. I particularly loved the many mini pools that allow each group of visitors to have privacy. The excursions are wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and loved every second. Did I say the food was fabulous? While my teens and I revelled in the gorgeous Alto Atacama, my husband was ill for the majority of the stay. He was looked after with a huge amount of care. Highly recommend!

The only thing that was a disappointment was the spa. It's not really necessary to use the spa as there are so many other incredible things to do, however, my experience there was very poor from beginning to end. I won't labour the point as it was so trivial compared to everything else during our stay - which was perfect.

Unique Experience

1. Exceptional location with mind blowing views on the desert oasis; 2. Exceptionally tasty food served by the restaurant; 3. The hotel allows to rent bikes to explore nearby desert area; 4. Really nice jacuzzi and swimming pool area; 5. Astrology tour is probably the most unique and interesting tour I’ve ever been to - only 1h, the hotel has its own telescope, very nice and knowledgeable guide.

1. Limited variety of dinner menu: every day the same set of main courses. By Day 3 we got tired of this menu. 2. Some hotel staff doesn’t speak Eng even at the basic level. We were struggling to order a glass of wine at the bar once, and had to use translator app. This is surprising given the high number of American guests they have. 3. No one told us at the breakfast that kitchen could do omelettes and custom orders. For three days we kept taking food from the buffet which had limited variety of options. On the last day we just noticed other guests ordering omelettes. 4. The grill and outdoors restaurant on photo 4 published by the hotel only works on Saturday. This was a disappointment as we stayed from Sun to Wed. Not sure why the hotel can’t set up outdoor grill two times per week so that more guests could experience it. Also its misleading to advertise something that only works once per week.

location of the hotel itself is amazing and some rooms have awesome views lovely hostess that really makes an effort to make people fill at home almost

- it’s a relatively old hotel so cracking paint on towel dryer, falling off shower knob, issues with window opening etc. - outside of hostess, service is very mediocre especially given aspirations to be a luxury hotel. We were told we can’t have room service, pool bar service finished at 6pm (before sunset) - restaurant isn’t good enough and doesn’t feel local, would really recommend to eat in town. - overall I guess would have been fine if half the price but this wasn’t a luxury experience by a mile

Exceptional hotel in the middle of the desert

The property is beautiful, the rooms are divine and the tours are exceptional. The full board option is worth it as the restaurant on site is quite expensive so not having to worry about the cost is a bonus.

There isn’t anything about the property that we didn’t like per say but the road in San Pedro are very bad, so getting to and from the hotel for tours is very bumpy!

Out of this world!

Location was incredible. Unlike anything I have seen before. Service was excellent. The entire team did a great job making me feel welcome and well taken care of.

A luxurious retreat amid dramatic red rock canyon

Gorgeous red rock surroundings with various small pools, some of which are nicely heated. Plus they have adorable llamas!

It was all great but know that they slightly emphasize selling their all-inclusive package. We went a la carte which seemed to surprise them, but they were okay with it.
