Spacious and a nice space to have a family gathering. Well appointed bathrooms with very nice hand soaps, shampoos etc. Plenty of towels and bedding for everyone. Kitchen with plenty of dish and glassware.
Wasn't thrilled with the "cleaning fees". Just put the price in the rental upfront. When you are having guests strip beds and take out trash and adjusting thermometers it irks me to be paying a cleaning fee. It didn't take us too long to do what was asked but it wouldn't have taken the cleaning crew any longer and they are being paid while I am paying.
