Excellent location. Great value for money. Spotlessly clean. We had an internal room so the noise from the busy location was zero. After walking the camino we were so glad to stay so close to everything. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing. It was a fabulous hotel.

Friendly staff and excellent food in the Taberna. After a very long flight from the US they were able to get us in our room a bit earlier than expected. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Best croquetas we’ve eaten in Spain, (and my husband is Spanish so this says a lot!). Breakfast was a nice assortment of food including vegan and gluten-free options. Definitely recommend.
We liked everything.

Best location possible for those interested in the Cathedral. Very clean and elegant room and building. Easy access in and out of the building.
Very basic breakfast and extremely understaffed. Initial receptionist was very eager to please. Checkout receptionist / owner? often away from the desk and sparse with words.

We stayed for two nights following the Portuguese Camino. It was a perfect location near the Cathedral and close to cafes, but also quiet at night. The reception was friendly and made us feel welcome!

The color palette of the room was tranquil and relaxing and the perfect way to end the Camino. The view over the courtyard garden was especially nice. The bathrobe and slippers were wonderful.
Nothing.

Spacious Room. I opted for a Landmark View which means my window looked out on the square in front of the hotel and side view over the roofs onto the Cathedral Spirals.
I booked one night, stayed for a second.
2 minutes walking distance the cathedral and many restaurants.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Truly beautiful people.

The recepcionista Elena is the best
the lady atrending breakfast totally unprofesional. she was upset and attending the guest rude. talking about her issues to a colleague while we were having breakfast.

Amazing location on a beautiful and bustling little plaza just steps from the Cathedral. The room was amazing. The view from the balcony was amazing. Amazing staff. Amazing value. Special mention to the lovely Elena who was so friendly and helpful. Talking to her was a highlight of the stay!
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

modern and clean - centrally located
staff friendly and helpful
lovely wee balcony overlooking the square - ideal for people watching
lovely receptionist - multilingual professional and went above and beyond to help us - giving us directions, phoning cabs etc
no tea or coffee making facilities although to be fair had an inexpensive mini bar
the only mirror was in the dimly lit bathroom
noisy - however this didn’t prevent us sleeping or enjoying it - if I’d known about the noise I probably wouldn’t have booked

Excellent location after completing the Camino. Right by the church for mass.
Definitely like a one to two star property. Dated and poor sheets.

really well located close to Obradoiro Square. doors access to two parallel streets are very useful. lovely view from the balcony to the garden in the square. good breakfast. lovely staff
bathroom has ventilation, shower tiles are black so recommended to clean it deeply. breakfast starts at 9h, so you must start visiting the city and return for breakfast

Mary on reception was very welcoming and helpful when we discovered a pool of water in our room.
finding a leak in the room and as no other rooms available to move to we had to sleep with drips, but it was fine. Would have liked to be offered a reduced rate or something else so that was slightly disappointing.
