A wonderful place to stay, if you can find it.

The room was wonderful. Clean? Spotless. Everything in the room was perfect, and well designed. I wanted for nothing.

I arrived by Swiss Air at the airport about 10:30 at night, after a long flight. The airport was very quiet, and there was no one to ask where the hotel was, or how to get to it. I had to collect my big suitcase and drag it and other bags everywhere. It took an hour to claim my bags and find the hotel. The signs to the hotel were very small, and there were stairs and escalators and elevators everywhere. Which one to use? I had to ask a man to haul my suitcase up a very long and steep escalator. I was afraid I would fall. This is in The circles. I was not able to locate the elevator for this one. Not your fault, but that is one complicated in design airport. Though beautiful, which I could not appreciate looking for the hotel at almost midnight after a long flight. I would have appreciate a hotel employee meeting me at baggage claim to escort me to the hotel. I would have gladly paid for this service.

Will definitely stay there again

Location upon arrival from airport was excellent- walking distance. And with the train station at the airport . It was so convenient to move around to city centre & other towns in Switzerland too .

Paratique pour des vols tôt/tard dans la journée.

La pré-réservation en ligne de la chambre coûtait environ CHF 172.- Au desk, à mon arrivée, ma carte de crédit a été chargée de CHF 50.- supplémentaires à titre de "réserve pour des consommations"; montant qui est remboursé (ou adapté) au départ. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié cette manœuvre commerciale. L'hôtel très proche de l'aéroport est très bien insonorisé, mais cela implique de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir de fenêtre, et vivre dans le bruit de fond de la climatisation.

Ich war beim Empfang schockiert.. Mein gebuchtes Zimmer war bereits bezahlt: für 1 Nacht habe ich mehr als 220 Euro bezahlt. Beim Einchecken wurde meine Kreditkarte aber zusätzlich mit 53.50 Euro belastet. Es hies „als Sicherung für das Hotel für den Fall falls ich noch was konsumieren würde“. Hallo? Als Sicherung? Werden die Hotelgäste a priory als nichtzahlende Diebe gesehen? Das habe ich noch nie erlebt.. Ich hatte nicht vor etwas zu konsumieren und ich bezahle meine Rechnungen selbstverständlich immer. Was soll diese „Sicherung“?? Beim Auschecken wurde die Belastung von diesen 50 Euro zwar automatisch storniert aber diese „Absicherung des Hotels“ war extrem unangenehm. Ausserdem gab es nicht mal Hausschuhe im Hotelzimmer bei dem hohen Übernachtungspreis, keinen Bademantel. Und sogar keine einzige Flasche Wasser. Man solle die Leitungswasser trinken, dieses schmeckte aber schlecht. Dazu gab es noch einen spritzenden Wasserhahn im Badezimmer. Also war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel schlecht.

Ok, aber nicht unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Weg zum Airport ist super.

Hotel ist durchschnittlich. An der Sauberkeit, speziell im Badezimmer, ist noch genügend Luft nach oben. ( Makeup Reste im Bereich Waschbecken, schmutzige Duschkabine usw.

Walk from Zurich Airport into an Eden of comfort.

it is a 5 minute walk from the Zurich Airport. Very convenient. The place is modern, has friendly and attentive staff and is extremely clean. There is also a forest park to take a nice walk directly behind the property. You can’t hear any airplane traffic! Our corner room had nice large windows. Fabulous!

Great location and good standard

Location is perfect. The hotel is at a very nice level for travelers. Rooms was good and personal was serviceminded from arrival to departure.

The food in the hotel restaurant was not on the expected level. At the business center the coffee machines didn't work in the level we had a meeting. Everything else was good.

취리히 공항에서 출국할 때 이용하면 매우 좋은 호텔

공항 내에 있어서 찾아가기 쉽고 비행기를 타기도 편했습니다. 방 크기가 성인 3명이 쓰기에도 넓고 욕실 디자인이 예쁘며 편리했어요. 신식호텔이어서 편리하고 청결했습니다. 싱글침대가 타 호텔에 비해 커서 편해요. 침구도 매우 만족했습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 조식이 맛있었습니다. 취리히 중앙역을 나가기에도 편리해서 좋았습니다. 취리히 공항을 또 이용하게 된다면 다시 방문할 의사가 매우 높습니다.

호텔의 문제는 아니고, 현재 호텔 바로 앞에서 공사를 하고 있어서 공기가 나쁜 편입니다. 호텔 안도 창문이 없어서 환기가 약해 건물 밖 공사와 건물 내부 새집 냄새로 인해 대기질이 별로 좋지 못합니다. 이 부분은 언젠가 공사가 끝나면 개선될 거라고 생각합니다. 쇼파 베드는 아주 약간 불편합니다. 그러나 성인 3명이 한 방에 투숙할 수 있는 조건이었기에 만족합니다.

Comfortable stay at the Zurich airport

Parking under the building. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The room was very big.

Even though it is understandable, considering the location, you could sometimes smell jet fuel in the room.

Overpriced airport hotel

Very close to the terminal.

It’s a typical airport hotel. We got a small room, no view. Not much amenities in the room, not even a coffee machine. Much overpriced.

Great front desk woman who made us laugh and feel welcome but limited meal options.

The woman who checked us in was great- friendly, witty.

Very disappointed in the restaurant and menu. We had hoped to enjoy a nice meal like the Radisson Blu offers but it was more like an Internet cafe feel with very limited menu and limited service. We were too tired to walk in the freezing cold to find another restaurant.

The location was perfect. The hotel was in the airport area where everything was available such as restaurants, shopping, the train station.

Gut zu erreichen und insgesamt sehr ordentlich und Ambiente ansprechend

Bei meinem Zimmer hat man bei der Sauberkeit etwas geschludert. Auf dem Tisch waren noch irgendwelche Soßenflecken, sodass meine Arbeitsunterlagen fleckig geworden sind und im Klo sah man, dass nicht 100% gründlich geputzt wurde, weil noch eine Bremsspur vom Vorgänger zu sehen war.

Gutes Hotel für eine Lay-over Nacht

Perfekt für eine Lay-over Nacht falls man einen Abflug am nächsten Morgen hat, oder der Flug gecancelt wurde. Das Hotel ist ein Steinwurf vom Terminal entfernt. Es ist modern und sauber.

Das Check-In Personal war bei Anreise sichtlich überlastet und wirkte gestresst. Die Haupteingangstür öffnete nicht mehr automatisch und wir mussten 15 Minuten Klingeln (ohne Reaktion) und haben bei der Hyatt Hotline angerufen, die nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Letztendlich haben uns andere Gäste reingelassen. Drinnen dann: es war Personal da, diese haben aber das Klingeln ignoriert, da sie im Gespräch mit anderen Gästen waren. Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert.

eigentlich alles bis auf…

für das Zimmer CHF 150 war ok! was mich wirklich auf die Palme gebracht hat ist die Parkgebühr von fast CHF 60 für eine Nacht! Hyatt Circle, einmal und nie wieder!

Perfektes Transithotel. Einfach Spitze!

Wunderschöne Zimmer mit einem tollen Bett. Extrem sauber und gut beleuchtet. Er Weg vom Terminal zum Hotel ist sehr schön und einfach begehbar. Beste Empfehlung.

Prefect hotel when in transit at Zurich airport

Prefect hotel when in transit at Zurich airport. Great location only 4-5 minutes from the terminal and a quality hotel - staff were friendly and helpful. We were also upgraded to a larger, more comfortable room, with good sized bathroom.

Restaurant was a bit disappointing - nice decor and atmosphere but menu was a bit limited and quality of food was not great.
