The house is HUGE!! Def needs some updating and fixing of some things but the staff replied timely and fixed the issues we had. The hottub/pool was NOT worth the money to heat it. Took 2- 1 hr cycles to heat the hottub to temp, if not it was just luke warm. We read the detailed pool info they gave but a normal hottub stays hot even when the heater/jets is off, for a time. When the jets go off in this one, cold water is immediately flowing into the hottub thru the jets and therefor it goes COLD fast. Def not worth the exorbitant cost they charged to use the heater. Should be included for the amount we paid nightly. A game is broken in the game room, door handle is falling off of the laundry room door/couldnt open the laundry room door (thankfully a dif bathroom had a washer we could get too) dryer lint guard is shredded but didnt stop us from using the dryer, some pans work on stove and others dont. The stove would shut off when some pans were used. some recliners in theater room are broken. House Def needs some TLC. We were too busy to keep contacting management as things arose. I am contacting the manager about these things and hopefully they will resolve them. Despite these minor things the house is large!! Plenty of space for a LOT of people. The game room /theater room were a hit !!
We would stay again ! Main floor ensuites have fabulous shower heads !! Hopefully the upstairs bathrooms get updated shower heads soon! Beds were descent. Overall it worked for our family.

Amenities at the house alone were great. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was the kitchen a little more equipped. We didn’t have a can opener and the cooking utensils were limited but overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

This house was amazing, exactly as presented in the listing. Pool heat wasn't working first day but they fixed it promptly. Customer service was very responsive as well. Amazing stay, will definitely stay again.

At first glance the property was as advertised: newly decorated, spacious, and well-appointed. But after spending 2 weeks at the house, we noticed LOTS of issues that needed addressing. Several of those we brought to the attention of the management, and they were quick to respond (trash at the front door, dishwasher racks covered in rust, remotes didn’t work, lamps had no way to turn them on, light bulbs missing, door handles broken, etc.). There continued to be issues throughout the week that we didn’t have time to address: ants in the kitchen, no cookie sheet or pot holders, dingy carpet, dried blood on comforter, towel racks falling off the wall, jets in hot tub messed up, etc. We honestly stayed too busy to address any further items with the management, though I have no doubt they would have been responsive.
This house isn’t luxurious by any stretch. Most everything is builder-grade or overused and falls apart as such. But there is plenty of room to spread out and entertain a crowd. I doubt we’ll come back here, but we did have a good time with our family.

This property was in a great location! About 20 minutes from all the parks. It was set up great for a large family and we all enjoyed the game room. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney. Thanks for having us. Wonderful memories were made.

Overall we had a nice stay. The unit seemed older perhaps than the one we stayed in last year, a little less clean so it seemed but the property managers were great at responding quickly and efficiently.

From booking to check out, this was the best communicative process I have experienced with a propert manager. The home was terrific with plenty of rooms and things to do. Televisions in each room. More than enough cutlery, pots and pans, and cups for the entire family. We just brought ourselves and some food and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely look to book in the future.

This property was everything we could ask for. It had the perfect peaceful feel while still being close to all the places we wanted to visit. The property management staff is amazing and always very responsive to any inquiries/requests. If I make my way back there with a large group this is the place that I would be looking to stay at again.

This house was great for a family trip. Close to parks and a restaurants. Walking distance to clubhouse and amenities. Minor issue with the pool heat that was immediately corrected. I highly recommend this home!

Our family of 4 loved this house. The kids used the game room every night and one rainy afternoon. Loved the basketball and skeeball! Fun themed bedrooms for the kids. Took us roughly 12-15 minutes everyday to each park. Tons of restaurants nearby including a nice Target and Publix! Made for easy grocery and drive up orders! We will be back again!

Beautiful house but there were some disappointments . Found a cockroach on the floor when we went to pack. Also the outdoor furniture was stained and dirty. Finally, we had no bar soap and called to ask for some. We never did get it so we had to go but some. All in all a very pretty property but seemed kind of dirty and worn a bit.

Our family of thirteen stayed for a week. We were all very pleased with this house. We will consider staying again when we are in the area. The only issue we had was getting ahold of the property manager. The upstairs a/c unit wasn’t working and it turns out we just didn’t know how to turn it on (it should have been turned on before we got there.) It took me three days to get ahold of the property manager using the phone number they gave me. I had to message the owner to get any response. Good thing it was during a cold snap and we weren’t too hot. One young person who was sleeping in the Frozen (how ironic) room had to change to a different bedroom to have a fan, because the fanless Frozen room was too hot to sleep. They were very prompt in getting the problem straightened out once I made contact.
Also, as rentals seem to suffer from less careful use, the blinds on the glass bathroom door were messed up and privacy was impossible, leaving the master bath toilet unusable. Also, all of the plastic mixing bowls in the kitchen have cracks in the bottom of them. We had to scramble eggs in a cereal bowl and make three batches because you can’t feed thirteen people with 6 eggs and you can’t scramble more than 6 eggs in a cereal bowl.
Overall, the house is great. You won’t be disappointed.
