About this house rental

Located in Kailua, this lovely house for $2,989 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Recently updated with stylish contemporary design, this spacious Kailua home sits on Kailua Beach with nearly 100 linear feet of beach frontage. The home features direct and private access to the white sands with over 2 miles of beach walking at your front doorstep. 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths wrap around a sparkling solar heated swimming pool with spacious grounds for sunbathing and gathering. The living, dining and 2 primary bedrooms enjoy gorgeous ocean sunrises. A one bedroom attached guest quarter on 2nd level overlooks Kailua Bay. One of the great Kailua Beach settings, the property includes expansive lawn area for recreation and is just minutes from downtown Kailua with easy access to many shops, restaurants and grocery. This area also offers easy access to the Pali Highway and H3 freeway making it an easy drive to the airport, North Shore, hiking trails, golf courses or any number of popular Oahu visitor attractions. The bedroom configuration includes 4 rooms on the first level; three with king beds and one room with 2 queen beds, all with ensuite bathrooms. The brand new 2nd Floor Primarty Suite features a King bed with ensuite bath, TV room, large desk space and ocean front views. There is also a 2nd Floor studio with private entry, king-sized bed, en-suite bath and full kitchen facility. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The home is well-equipped and includes an outdoor barbecue grill, updated full kitchen with top-quality appliances, complete kitchenware for cooking enthusiasts, comfortable bed & bath linens and accessories, beach towels, boogie boards and more. For those who must work from paradise, enjoy super-fast satellite internet throughout the home and a color laser printer for your work needs. This Property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, LLC and is a legally established rental accommodation that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. It is compliant with Hawaii State Legislation (HB2078) and is available to lease from 1 to 6 months. Lic#TA-176-489-9328-01.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at this location in November 2021 for a month. We had an amazing stay and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the property. The location is literally right on one of the best beaches in Hawaii (and the USA for that matter), and the opportunity to walk straight out the door onto a breathtaking stretch of sand for a morning walk or evening drink was in itself a highlight. The house was very clean upon arrival, had gorgeous rooms for sitting and relaxing, was well considered regarding beach and pool amenities as well as everything else you could need to ensure a stress-free stay. Finally, the pool and accompanying courtyard was an added bonus... the pool is huge and the kids loved it as a great alternative to the ocean. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property
