Located in Waveland, this attractive house for $382 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Magnolia Sands is a beautiful vacation oasis on the coast of Waveland, Mississippi. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests total (4 adults max, 6 children max) (the bedrooms feature 2 queen sized beds and 2 bunk beds.), a spacious living room and kitchen, laundry room and a large front porch with a partial view of the gulf. It's coastal theme will set your mind adrift as you relax and enjoy your time in Waveland. Magnolia Sands is located within walking distance to the beach, Garfield Ladner Pier (fishing), Biking/Walking track, Volleyball nets, and downtown Waveland. We offer a list of local restaurants, grocery delivery services, activities and events, as well as an informational booklet upon arrival providing contact information, house rules, and more. Our home will be stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, and some staples that you can't do without. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a coffee and tea bar, with a Keurig and a variety of supplies. Your wi-fi password will be posted for you inside our home as well as house rules and check-in/out information. You can contact us at anytime with questions or problems. We hope you have a luxurious and relaxing stay and will visit us again. We welcome feedback that will help enhance the next guest's stay. We do require a rental agreement and $400 security hold (not a charge, but a hold that will be released after your stay).

Very clean, everything you need, cozy and modern. Short walk to the beach, short drive to restaurants and the lovely Bay St. Louis. We highly recommend this house.

Stayed with friends and their kids, very spacious well-kept property. Many amenities, kitchen necessities on hand, we were quite comfortable. Many games for our kids were available, and even some outdoor toys/games which our young kids enjoyed. The big front porch with the rocking chairs were our favorite part, we all spent the afternoon there. The view was nice - we easily walked to the beach and a lovely beachfront walking path. Restaurants were a quick drive away. Check-in, check out a breeze.

This is the second time we have booked this property. It was perfect for us ladies to just sit back and relax. I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for someplace to stay in Waveland.

This is a great place to stay. The property was clean, within sight of the beach, and quiet. It was nice to be off the road just slightly and yet have a view of the water. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We will stay here again next time we traveling to Waveland with our family.

Lots of room and clean. Towels really soft and fresh. Could have used a lamp in living room and bow curtain rod in master shower. Also a little uncomfortable with the cameras. Makes me wonder if there were others I didn’t see

We stayed at this property for spring break and we were not disappointed. Beautiful home and the location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach. (Approximately 3 mins). Photos and advertising of property was very accurate. Owners made checking in and out a breeze. I do wish we had beach chairs provided for us and the master bed was VERY squeaky. Lol But none of this would stop us from staying again. We have 3 children, ages 11-6 and the bunk bed room was perfect. The large yard was great for an extra space to play!
During our stay, the beach was beautiful and not busy AT ALL.

Wonderful property, clean with plenty amenities just outside the main drag to avoid the busy people, but close enough to get what you forgot to bring with ease. Neighborhood could best be described as laid back and almost sleepy. Great for relaxing after a day in New Orleans or taking one of the endless tours to be found.

This was my second stay at this property, and I cannot say enough good things. It was just as great as I remembered it from the first time, and like the first time, the only thing I would change is that I wish we had stayed longer. Communication with the host is excellent, and the house is very well equipped with the essentials and some extras. The house is very conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. This is also a (fairly) short drive to New Orleans, which is one of my favorite places. During our first visit (last summer), we spent most of our time at the beach. This visit, we spent some time at the beach, but also had some rain. I found it quite relaxing to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and a good book on the rainy days, and my teenage daughter even joined me (!). I am already hoping to come back next summer, even if it is just a short visit.

we enjoyed the house setup, although the beach is walking distance, we had a lot of baggage with 3 kids so we drove to the parking area and unloaded things from there. the beaches were crowded like the more popular areas with plenty to do for kids entertainment with a little drive.

Fully stocked house 5 minute walk from the ocean
A lot of care went to the details of this house. Not your typical rental. Fully stocked kitchen, many board games, and everything else you would need for a comfortable stay . Bigger master bed size would be great, but otherwise would highly recommend and would stay again!

lovely, modern, super clean, and almost new house in a quiet neighborhood in Waveland, MS. We loved every moment during our stay, things are well thought out and great communication with the owner. If we are going back to the coast of MS again, we will definitely be staying here. a few nice things to mention: the owner is great to work with and offered much-needed info even local things to do and restaurant recommendations; the place is super clean, with all kinds of kitchen appliances to work with, love the krurig machine; lots of space downstairs under the house for kids to play; walking distance to the beach with white sand.

I reserved this property on short notice because we had to make some last minute changes to our original travel plans. I am so glad I found this place! I knew very little about the area when we arrived, but ultimately fell in love. The house was beautiful and spotless, and the hosts truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. When away from the house, we spent most of our time enjoying the quiet beach, which is just a short walk away. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and we thoroughly enjoyed each one we tried. We were there for a short trip, but I felt like I was home. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I hope to come back soon!

Can I give this place move than 5 stars? One of the best places we have stayed. Clean, everything you need, great service and communication! About 3 minute walk to beach, saw dolphins one morning early on the beach, not a lot of people. Great place!
