This home has it all - beachfront with beautiful views, close to the restaurants and amenities of stylish Newport Beach, with a huge array of land and sea-based activities for you to experience. Your vacation interlude here is guaranteed to create beautiful memories that will last a lifetime! The world-famous Mutt Lynch's Restaurant is right across the street and you are just an hour away from the many world-class attractions of the greater San Diego area as well, SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo being just two examples. An ocean-side deck with bar-top seats right next to the Boardwalk is a perfect place to bask in the beauty of it all as you enjoy morning coffee, a quick lunch break, or an evening libation - between your various adventures. Enter and find yourself in a beach chic view great room with everything you need to seamlessly experience easy beachside living. The living room area boasts a large comfortable seating cluster with a large TV. A modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. A dining room and a kitchen bar provide lots of seating for indoor dining with a view. A large ceiling fan keeps you comfortable at all times. There are four spacious bedrooms. A king primary bedroom features a ceiling fan and a modern bath with a shower/tub combination. The second and third bedroom each have a queen-size bed along with a twin bed. There is a second full bathroom with a shower-tub combo and a half bathroom. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Additional amenities include driveway parking, WIFI and cable, and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds and has stairs to its entrance so it may not be appropriate for everyone. No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property - no exceptions! Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Loved the place! Great views, great location. Had lots of beach gear could use. One bedroom door didn't close all the way. Was a wonderful week until our last night when we had to call the cops due to a domestic violent incident regarding the renters on the first floor.

We absolutely loved this home! It was clean and comfortable. The view are the best. All kinds of coffee shops and places to eat nearby. We would definitely love to come back someday!

Great location super cute house very easy access. We enjoyed it and had a great time. Only negative is that the Wi-Fi is not working.

The house itself worked well for my husband and I and two adult children. We had enough space and privacy inside the home. The center of everything environment turned out to be extremely loud, with nearly continuous street noise including cars, people ( bar across the street open until 3AM) trash trucks start rounds at 5AM and city noises of sirens etc…. The kitchen was adequately stocked but had only one plastic beverage cup the rest were glass. The kitchen dish soap/ sponge , dishwasher detergent, and bathroom soaps were adequate and helpful. Towel supply was great, beds comfortable, bathrooms very nice! Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, buggy in a closet in the foyer were very helpful and appreciated. Food, ice cream, coffee shop , surf shops all within an easy walk away. The large glass doors out to the deck overlooking the beach and most windows do not have screens. Doors and windows must be open to allow essential ventilation and cooling since the unit is not air conditioned. We thought that flies were going to be a problem but we kept fans on in the living area and the flies stay out even with the doors open. There was no door mat at the doorway into the unit which resulted in sand tracking into the home because there was no where to leave shoes outside and even removing them upon entering meant stepping into sand that cam in on shoes. This and the noise were the most annoying aspects of our vacation. Rental bikes with in steps of the unit was a nice convenience.

If you have issues with this place, there’s nobody really to contact no one responds with an a timely fashion. We had someone park in our assigned spot and we tried contacting management and nobody would help us out. which ruined the trip because parking in Newport Beach is very difficult and we couldn’t find a spot. We spent hours constantly circling, parking lots to find somewhere to park the vehicle. Also, the unit was dirty, Wi-Fi does not work. A lot of the lights did not work or outlets. water didn’t stay warm. It’s also very loud because you can hear everything they do upstairs. next time I will pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.
