We provide starter supplies of travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, 2 Tide pods, and 2 dishwasher pods. There is a Publix grocery store, Walmart, and Target all within 1.5 miles. We have a self-check-in system via smart lock and individualized door code. Check in is any time after 4:00 PM. Check out is any time before 10:00 AM. We are available during office hours between 9AM and 8PM eastern seven days a week. Please notify us of any issues so we can remedy them ASAP! The best way to reach us is on VRBO message platform. Note the pool is only 3 feet deep. Use of the pool is at your own risk. There is a child safety fence per Florida law. Hurricane season is June 1-November 1. Please purchase travel insurance in case of weather, family illness or emergency. Acts of God are beyond our control and we will follow the cancellation policy. We will not issue refunds for the closing of any resort amenities due to weather or repairs. For your safety there is a security camera (Ring doorbell) on the exterior of the home which is motion activated or by ringing of the doorbell. If you tamper with any camera, you will be asked to leave the property with no refunds. We cannot accommodate more than 10 people in this property. There is no United States Postal Service delivery to this address. By booking this property you agree to all rules.

Great stay for us. Convenient to Disney (we spent our time there). Well appointed. Had a small issue with AC and the host immediately fixed it and had us cooled down the same day. Pool is great, clubhouse pool etc. also a great bonus. This is THE place for a family Disney trip.

We have stayed at many properties over the year in the Orlando area. There have been some great ones; however, this is the only property that we would book again. The property was great and the location was very good. For a large family, this is a perfect location for a Disney vacation.

We had two families staying in the house, 4 adults and 4 kids. The size of the house was perfect and it was very affordable to split the cost between two families. It's about 15 minutes from Disney and convenient location to grocery stores. The kitchen was a good size and had all of the cooking utensils necessary. The only issue we had with the house was the extremely uncomfortable beds. They were rock hard and you could feel any slight movement of someone sleeping with you. Overall it was a good value for what we paid for the week.

Stay was awesome for my family, spacious, plenty of room. House was clean, pool was clean. Very well stocked with kitchen items, and other necessities. Felt very safe in a quiet neighborhood. Location was central to everything, Disney, Universal, grocery and convenient stores, restaurants and the highway. Owner of house, Cori, is very attentive and quick to respond if needed. We also met the housekeeper who is great also. Nice people…Cori thanks for sharing your beautiful home and will definitely stay next time as well.

I have so many great things to say: the place is well stocked: kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, towels, paper towel, shampoo and soap, cups plates, it’s very clean and well decorated
Now the bad: once you got in the house the floor was super sticky, like the cleaning solution was not a good one. All the mugs were clean, but put away without drying, so the top cups had water in them in the cabinet. Easy fixes!
No worries, just annoying about the floors all weekend.

An amazing house to spend long family vacation. House location, amenities and cleanliness was perfect. A very quiet neighborhood and safe too.

We loved the place! It was clean and offered everything we needed. We spent time in the parks, but also spent time in the house due to the weather. We had everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation! Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this location and will definitely be back in the future. There is no need to go anywhere with your own private pool and access to the Waterpark in the property. We had such a fun time!! I highly recommend this rental!!!! Our host, Cori, was too notch!!!!

We only stayed for a couple of nights (in town for Girl Scout Convention) but wished we had more time. The place was very clean with comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a clean pool. The themed bedrooms made it extra special for the girls. Cori answered all of our questions promptly and accommodated our special requests. The free golf cart transportation to the club was great since it was extremely hot and walking was a challenge. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Very clean and spacious, and very well-stocked with nice towels, bedding, kitchen items, etc. We appreciated the kitchen being stocked with salt/pepper and with nice dishes and appliances! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again for future Orlando area trips!

We stayed here for 4 nights and visited all 3 parks including Seaworld, universal, and Disney. Less than 25 mins to all. Disney being the closest! We had a family of 10 and it accommodated all of us well lots of space to spread out. We didn’t use the pool at the house but it was great. Some of our family went to the clubhouse and used the lazy River and loved it! Beautiful pond/lake view behind that had lots of ducks and even a wood stork that visited. Beds were comfy, had washer/dryer, dishwasher, and easy trash pickup right at door each morning so house stayed clean for us. Great stay, would use again.

Clean and as listed. Great layout with 2 kids rooms and a shared bathroom for them, one bedroom even had blackout shades for our early waking kiddos. Pool was heated and lights out back made for great evenings. 15 minutes to Disney so perfect location.

The location was perfect t for all our trips to various local activities! The check in process was so smooth, no issues there. The place was perfect. Very clean. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. Plenty of towels which is always nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, glasses, cookwear, etc. we love sour time here and would definitely recommend it to friends!

Everything was great with this booking. The communication was spot on, check in was a breeze and the place was super nice and clean. Everything you would need. There where plenty of towels, dishes, and stuff to make you feel right at home. The pool and area around it was very nice and spacious, my kids loved it and the pool was warm the whole time we where there. Overall would definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

We were absolutely blown away by the whole property! Our kids loved the Disney and Marvel themed rooms. I was amazed by the amount of space we had…so much so we didn’t even realize there was a master room on the main floor!! LOL. We were only in town for 3 days for a quick engagement but will be back for a longer stay at this property.

We just finished our 10 day stay at this townhome. It was very clean, with an extremely well stocked kitchen ( pots, pans, new coffee maker and all the utensils) and plenty of nice towels. My kids loved the small heated pool. It’s very close to Disney and all the shops we needed. I can highly recommend this home for your families next Disney trip. Cori was super quick and friendly with all of my questions.

We had a wonderful stay in Kissimmee and appreciated all the care and and thorough communication from the owner before and during our stay. The location is great with grocery stores and restaurants very close as well as easy drives to the Disney and Seaworld resorts. The association Clubhouse was also available to us and we had a blast swimming and sliding there, playing mini golf, and even enjoying some of the food and drinks they serve. Plus the pool at the house was great and we had a lot of fun there, too. The house was well stocked and the kids loved the art in their rooms. Just a wonderful stay!

We visited the week before Christmas to go to Disney with family. We loved the amount of space and the ability to each have our own room. The rooms are so cool with the art work and the kids loved it! The beds are super comfortable too!
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items and plenty of towel and soft blankets. We hated we didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked very clean.
The commute to and from Disney was about 20 minutes.

We loved our stay and looking forward to returning in the near future. The property is beautifully decorated, close to Disney and has plenty of room for the family. The amenities provided were great! Dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, ample supply of trash bags were all provided. We did not have to make any additional purchases during our stay. The resort was peaceful and we never heard our neighbors. The owner responded to my questions in minutes. I highly recommend staying here. Our only regret is we wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with the property manager was great throughout our whole stay, check in was a breeze with the door code sent to us well before we arrived, the house was extremely extremely clean, it’s tastefully decorated with modern decor, HUGE granite island with seating, along with a 6 seater kitchen table, coffee maker and keurig provided, plenty of thick/soft bath towels, washer/dryer with tide pods, 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs, spacious bathrooms with lots of counter space, heated pool with patio chairs, nice community pool with a lazy river, splash park and slides. PRIME location: turn out of the complex and it’s a straight shot to Disney and ESPN, about 11-13 minute drive. Grocery store and restaurants across the street. Would stay here again. It’s convenient and clean and had everything we needed in a nice gated community!

Everything was just as advertised, the condo is very spacious,well equipped, clean and an easy drive to Disney World. The themed upstairs bedrooms was a big hit with the kids. The owner was very good about checking with us to make sure everything was good.

We had a great time in this townhome. Everything was clean and as advertised. The kitchen held everything we needed to make breakfast. The pool was heated and that was great as the water temp is chilly in October. The kids enjoyed the community pool/splash area and we enjoyed the bar and other amenities. Great stay, thank you letting us check out late.

I was nervous at first because we have always stayed in a hotel. But from the moment that I started the process, I just felt very at ease. The house was everything and more than what we expected. We saved money cooking at the house, the kids had their own space, as well as the adults! I will definitely rent through VRBO again in whatever new adventure we do next and would even love coming back to the same house again! Thanks for a very memorable time!
