Lovely house close to whatever mountain folks wanted to ski and walking distance to downtown Frisco. The kitchen was well stocked the hot tub was clean and hot. Thanks for a great ski trip…we’ll be back! One tip…pull the blinds in the front room if it’s a sunny day. It got so warm our Christmas chocolates were all melted when we got home! Thanks for a great trip!

I have stayed at this property 12 years ago. THe house has almost no upgrades and is old and tired. I booked the house because it has 4 queen beds for a group of 4 guys who each wanted their own bedroom. When we checked in there were 6 problems with the house. Oven Dirty, other peoples food, path to hot tub not shoveled, lights out, Gas fireplace and heat not working. I contacted Josh who immediately fixed the problems, but I was disappointed that we had to call to have things done that should have already been done. The kitchen appliances and cooking utensils were mediocre at best. If you want a cheap house and are willing to sacrifice, this place is ok.

We paid far too much for this property, partly our own “last-minute” booking I suppose, 2-3 mo out. We VRBO all over the country and have never spent more on a 4-bedroom house, by thousands. That said, location was great. The house had a damp odor, so bad we bought 4 air fresheners upon check in. Some of our cleaned laundry still has an odor. The window trims are rotting, one broken, and the back door to the porch/driveway did not lock. Hot tub was great, but didn’t at all smell like it had been cleaned recently. Towels were small and rough. Oven had spills and visibly leaking grease? down the door upon heating. House and kitchen met our needs, we just spent far too much. The cleaners also left overflowing trash cans from the previous guests, including bagged trash on the driveway, in bear/wildlife country. We contacted them to pick it up once a fox and birds got into it, and they did.

Fun place over Christmas!

Very good value. Great location. Home is comfortable and kitchen is well supplied. Hot tub was very enjoyable. Furniture, flooring and deck are well used and some items need replacement. Attempted to communicate via VRBO with property manager but received no reply. Once itrip.net was established then communication was very good.

Misleading pictures online.
Pictures of the house on VBRO were very misleading. The outside deck was pictured snow covered to disguise the fact it was very weathered and unsafe. Deck furniture was poor, insufficient and grill outdated. The house downstairs was also dated and carpet was not clean. This is a wonderful location in need of some serious TLC.

Frisco BBQ Challenge Weekend
Great four bedroom house that is close walking distance to downtown Frisco. We used the property for a home base for the 2022 Frisco BBQ Challenge. Nice location and well appointed.

House is very nice, and the location is great. Close drive to copper, and breckinridge. The area upstairs is great, both rooms are spacious and very clean, the 2 rooms downstairs are a little dirtier, dated carpet and sofa bed. But over all great place

Great location, ideal for groups
We had a group of 8 people and there was plenty of bedrooms and space to be together. Space was clean and cozy. The hot tub and location were highlights for us. A short walk to main street to enjoy all the Frisco charm. Communication with property manger was excellent.
