It's a nice budget hotel right on the main street of Frisco, Colorado. It's walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores. There's a nice museum that's an easy walk with lots of rustic cabins on the grounds.

The location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
The pillows were not comfortable. The room was hot but there were fans which cooled the room nicely.

Location was good .. walking distance to a lot on main street. It was also quiet and the staff was efficient and friendly.
Note that it does not have A)C but there is a fan in the window and I was comfortable.
Their toiletries were Dove branded and better there most hotels I've stayed at, even high end ones.
There were 2 mini fridge units.
Seemed clean, safe, and good value for the area.
There is construction across the street.

Room was very nice, what was expected. Comfortable but did have some draw backs.
Kitchen facilities were very outdated. No central heating or A/C in room. Made a little uncomfortable at night. Had a small portable A/C unit to use, no heat.
