About this house rental
Situated in Lincoln Beach, this lovely house for $733 per night is a great choice for your next break. This corner home gives you wonderful ocean views, and your guests will love its proximity to the Bella Beach beach access trail—they can see the Pacific from the house and be on its shore in a matter of minutes. There is so much to enjoy about this versatile home, with its two ground-level bedrooms with their own doors to an outdoor deck and an upper-level great room where people will be happy to gather. A large red cabinet in the center houses a gas fireplace and hides the TV/DVD until you need it, and a comfortable leather sectional provides an excellent place to lounge. The high vaulted ceiling gives the room an open, spacious feeling, and bringing in lots of light; large windows and a sliding door can be opened to let in an ocean breeze. A dining table for 8 and a breakfast bar for 3 lets you serve everyone from the fully equipped kitchen. Doing the dishes will be less of a chore than usual from the ocean-view sink. Step out on the upper-level deck and watch the sunset as you grill dinner on the gas barbecue. You’ll want to reserve the upper-level king bedroom for yourself—it also has access to the deck and a full bath with a pretty slate floor. The kids will vie for the loft bonus room/sleeping area on the third floor, where two double bunks with trundles and a sofa sleeper give you space for lots of guests. They’ll be entertained by the TV/DVD/Wii and a library of movies from lovely leather seating. Everyone will love the ping-pong table in the garage and the hot tub out the back. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. When you’re ready to explore the neighborhood, you’ll find yourself close to a grassy park, a kids’ playground, and the delicious crepes and coffee of Café C’est la Vie. It’s all there for you to enjoy when you book some laid-back fun at Barracuda Cove! PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware, failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. ** *IMPORTANT* NO Parking of commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common areas. This property has 3 designated parking spots available. There are also no fires allowed in the firepit now due to an updated HOA ordinance. This house was great! And the location is just wonderful. Our family does a trip every year and I book a different house each year. This is the first year we have talked about returning! Best home/beach combination. The house accommodated our families different age groups and likes while having a gathering place to eat and complete four puzzles together! So relaxing!

We had a great trip to Barracuda Cove with our family. Great home that is set up nicely. iTrip was a great host and accommodated us in all ways they could. We appreciated the little touches like laundry pods, dish soap, garbage bags, extra paper towels, bathroom soaps, doggie care basket, plenty of hot tub towels, etc. So many places tend to miss out on these little things and it makes a difference. The house is spacious and in a great location. Our kids loved the loft. It is just short walk down to a nice sandy beach and you do have a partial view of the ocean from the deck. The gas outdoor fire pit was a really nice addition.

This is the second time we have rented this beautiful home in February and my group of friends and I have decided we are going to have an annual gathering in this home as long as it is available. We love how there is so much space. The over 50 crowd can have their own rooms, while the younger 30-40 year olds don't mind sharing the HUGE loft space with the full size bunk beds and comfy couches. The waves were huge while we were there and we had a lovely view of them. It is such an easy walk to the beach and we were able to enjoy that walk even with the huge waves that were crashing in. We come from different areas so the on site parking was very much appreciated. We cook all our meals at the home so the large kitchen and seating area was perfect. Hot tub is clean and very warm. We plan to come back every February!

Overall this was a nice rental with ocean views. Just a hop, skip, and jump from the beach, cute little coffee shop, or playground. The house was spacious, with comfortable beds, and nice living areas. The decks and outdoor areas need some work, and the kitchen is a bit under stocked compared to other properties we have stayed at, but overall a nice property that I would stay at again.

We had a great experience at Barracuda Cove. We had two families including 6 kids and there was ample space. The kids hung out in the loft while the adults played cards and hung out on the deck on the 2nd level. Short easy meandering walk to the beach. Average quality cookware and utensils. Close to Devil’s Punchbowl with great tide pools. Cute, safe neighborhood with minimal traffic. Kids played wiffle ball in the cul de sac. Would stay again.

House was steps from beach though the surf was high so hard to safely walk on beach. House well stocked with all kitchen needs. The waffle iron was a hit with the kids as was the ping pong table. Hot tub was warm and ready for a soak for us and was lovely even on a cold rainy winter night! Bunk beds were great but seemed a little flimsy. (Owners may want to reinforce or replace them soon!) Bella beach is a super charming vacation community.

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our stay. It was amazing being able to walk right to the beach, or walk to a coffee shop and enjoy a peaceful morning. The property was a short drive away from Depoe Bay and Lincoln City which was very convenient. House was clean with many great hangout spots. Only issue was the freezer leaked water since the ice machine was pretty broken. 5 stars overall!

We were a couple of families with kids between 4 and 8. The large bunk beds upstairs were great for the kiddos while the parents had some peace and quiet on the ground level. The location is perfect, just steps from a nice trail that leads to the beach and the quiet neighborhood added to a stress free family vacation.

We spent 3 days in this house with our 16 y.o. and 3 of her friends. The spot is beautiful, it's great to be able to walk to the beach so quickly. We took a couple of the house's plastic porch chairs to the beach to sit for a couple hours and that was a perfect afternoon. The house is easy to use, comfortable, and also spread out enough that the teenagers could be on one floor and we on another and everyone could do their thing without getting in each other's way, and then all come together when we wanted. Check-in was easy, the neighborhood is really nice, and it was exactly what we were looking for.

Epic Family Vacation
The house more then accomaodated our family of 7 adults , 1 teenager & a 1 1/2 yr old. The walk to the beautiful beach was just a short path & a set of steps away. We will never forget our stay at Barracuda Cove and all of our memories we shared on the Coast.

Pleasantly Surprised
What an amazing location and home. We were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it was. The listing looked amazing but when we arrived it was even better than what we thought. The beach is close and the home is equipped with things you would need at the beach. The Bella Beach community was so peaceful and has its own coffee and breakfast spot. Enjoyed our Stay in Depoe Bay
We enjoyed our visit to the coast. The property is well located, with a nice view and easy access to the beach. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed walking our dog around the well-kept neighborhood.
The furnishings and beds were very comfortable and more than adequate.
Our family took advantage of the hot tub and ping pong table. The property managers did a very good job communicating with me. If there were some minor things that came up, I am confident it would have been taken care of by the property managers.

My only suggestion would be to update the TV in the main living space. Cable channels are VERY limited, so a SMART TV would be great to be able to have some streaming capabilities. Looking forward to our next trip already.

Great house!
Barracuda Cove easily handled our two families. The house is one block from beach access which is very convenient. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit as well. This was our first time staying at Bella Beach and we will be sure to come back again!

Family vacation
I really liked the house. There were a few more stairs than I would have liked. The pictures online made the living room area look much larger and roomier. I did not like that!! Beach access was great. I probably would not stay in that house again but would stay in that are again.

Perfect birthday/girls trip
Several of my girlfriends and I stayed 4’days at this great property. It was exactly what we wanted/needed. Plenty of beds, kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook all our meals. I loved the master especially sitting on the deck right outside my sliding door to watch the sunset while the waves crashed. Just a very short walk to the beach. There were so many games as well as ping pong. We never left except to walk on the beach. I will be back!
