Lovely setting along the river. Comfortable eclectic interior with plenty of space. Appreciated the Christmas tree and table settings.Three flights of stairs as advertised, not an issue for us.Ran out of hot water the first night. Ice cold the next day. Contacted the owner right away. They had the water heater fixed by that evening. Also got a call from the property manager and they adjusted our bill accordingly and gave us options to stay or vacate the property. We chose to stay and enjoyed the rest of our stay.Property was overall clean.Some minor repairs needed to a door frame.

Everything was clean and put up organized.
The fireplace didnt work and couldnt turn on some lights as they are remote controlled. I will be back to stay again!

Stay and location was amazing! Perfect setup with 3 king bedrooms, pull out couch, and sun room with trundle bed. 4 stars instead of 5 because place definitely needs some TLC - noticeable spots where the place needs a deep clean and some renovation. Overall Great place for the price but don’t be surprised by some spots needing improvement.

Was very convenient to all the shows! Very nice condo! There was 3 couples and we each had our own rooms and bathrooms!

We enjoyed our stay with 9 family members of various ages. The condo was breathtaking and nicely decorated for the holidays. Just don’t forget to rotate the shower times so you will not run out of hot water if you have a large group! We are looking forward to renting this unit again.

This unit needs some TLC. It needs painting there is trim missing in places. The shower door fell off while I was in the shower. And in the other shower the knobs kept falling off. This unit has potential to be amazing. The view of the water is great and being close to the dock is great but this place needs some work.

Me, my husband, and three other couples stayed for our anniversaries. The condo was the perfect size for our group and the location is beautiful right next to the river.

Honestly, the condo needs a deep cleaning and some light maintenance. The place was comfortable and the a/c was great (it was extremely hot outside). The kitchen seemed nicely equipped but we didn’t prepare meals there. The space was great for 6 people. It wouldn’t have comfortably slept more than 6. The daybed on the porch has limited access to Heat & air. The views from the porch are BEAUTIFUL and we enjoyed it there in the early morning. Linens and towels were quite used. Would I stay again? Maybe. It was great to have 3 king beds and 3 full bathrooms. New linens/towels and a deep clean would would make this place great!

Property has designated parking spot which was small for our minivan. Backing up especially if another minivan was parked next to ours was difficult. Property was as described. 3rd floor stair with no elevator was expected. Door handle on front door was loose. Wood plank flooring was raised in some areas and separating in areas. I chose this particular condo for the extra sleeping/sunroom area, but it was terribly hot. The ceiling fan did not work to help circulate the air, so it was unusable. The carpeted stairs were disgusting. Needs a good cleaning. I made the family wear shoes at all times instead of barefoot due to gross carpeting and the wood flooring just didn't look or feel clean. All-in-all it served its purpose for us and was at my price point.

Condo was ok but needs some tlc. Washing machine does not work and one of the tiolets on the main floor is not level or secured properly. Loveseat in living room is about to collapse.

Location was great. Right down by the water. Short walk to the dock. Amenities were good. Pool, tennis court, putt putt golf. Exception was the children’s pool was closed.
Pros: Condo had nice bedrooms and the loft bedroom was nice for our grandchild and family. Sunroom was nice except ceiling fan doesn’t work. We bought a fan for the sunroom.
Cons: condo was outdated. Broken seat at kitchen table, no light under microwave, toilet rocks in middle bathroom, door molding broken off door going into sunroom, sink out in the kitchen and showers weren’t clean, master bath right sink doesn’t drain well.
We had a nice vacation. Condo just needs worked on.

Our group of three adult couples enjoyed our time at this condo directly in Lake Taneycomo. Three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and a living room and sunroom with views of the lake directly above the fishing dock at Falls Creek Marina.

It took us 40 min to get into the property. Our contact was not answering. We finally had to call Evolve to help us get in. When we got in the property was not clean.

We stayed here for a weekend (2 nights), and everything showed as listed. We had a party of 6 (one small child), and the Sun room attached to the master bedroom was great for separating the youngest child and still being able to keep an eye on him. It looks on a map like it’s out of the way to get to, but the drive from the door to highway 165 is about 3 minutes. Probably be a quiet respite in high season after being in crowded areas all day. Great job guys!

Beautiful view overlooking the marina. Short drive to Branson Landing for our conference. Plenty of room. Overall, comfortable, but not fancy. Great place for a fishing week-end.

The condo was great. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable, good pillows.
A special touch was the Christmas Tree and decorations!

Our family stayed here for a mini Christmas Vacation. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children. The condo had PLENTY of room to accommodate all of us and we did not feel cramped or in each others space at all.

VRBO makes the vacation rental experience quick and painless. The condo was exactly as listed. Very well furnished with a adequately stocked kitchen. The house was decorated nicely for the early Christmas season which we all appreciated. Beds were almost too comfortable making me want to sleep in. Highly recommend this place as your next Branson stay

Our family of 5 adults stayed for 5 days at this condo. Great location about 15 minutes from the strip in Falls Creek Resort. We loved access to indoor and outdoor pool and amenities. Space was good for us. Good workout hoing up and down the stairs! Was surprised to see 2 coffee makers, lots of appliances (stand mixer) and several staples - flour spices, etc. Would be happy to stay again!

Overall, I'd recommend it. The unit had a great layout, good location, beautiful view, and perfect layout for out family. But, the unit had slight damage in some areas and wasn't as clean as expected. I expect more, but still a good stay.

We had four of us there and loved the fact that we each had our own space. (There are three bedrooms and a sunroom w/ a daybed). Clean, spacious and the beds were comfy!
It is on the 3rd floor wo an elevator so travel light... and I would suggest you get there early as you can't identify the building number very well in the dark.

Pros, clean, peaceful roomie and on the water. Cons, unable to contact property manager and had several maintenance issues: broken towel racks, loose toilet, leaking shower, multiple non working coffee pots, missing batteries in remotes and a loose floor vent that was a constant trap hazard!

We loved everything about this property! All of the rooms where so big and comfortable, with extra nice bathrooms. The back porch was the highlight of the property; which is a huge compliment considering we all fell in love with the huge master shower. If you have a chance book this property!! You won’t regret it:)

Our stay was good. Wish we would have know it was on the 3rd floor.
The property was nice but you need to include that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My mother is 90 and had to go up all those stairs. She would have had a better time if she didn't grt so tired on the stair.

Fantastic place to stay!
This was the first time I have ever went through Vrbo to stay somewhere. It all went great and the condo was roomy, very quiet and peaceful. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. If we have the opportunity to return we will definitely see if this condo is available.

We had a great time! Communication with Nisha was easy and she met our every need. She exceeded our expectations. Our family of 10 includes 5 adults and 5 children. It was super accommodating!!
