We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities that we needed. Transportation was accessible and close by - the Metro bus stop was right up the road, and the Metro train was about a 15 minute walk. Lime scooters were always nearby, too! Our only complaint was the thin walls - we could hear everything going on next door, above us, and in the hallway, but the sound machines in the bedrooms (one of the amenities!) helped out a lot.

Very clean and private apartment. This unit was less than a mile to the Metro, Nationals Field and places to eat. We wish it had been a little closer (we racked up some steps) but very doable and safe walk. The apartment had everything needed in the kitchen to get you started. The Harris Teeter was close allowing us to replenish supplies.

Location was great for us. Loved walking to bars/restaurants while being close to our kids and sporting events. Will stay again

Convenient to bus that goes to train station where you can catch the bus that goes to all of the monuments.
Excellent Mexican Restaurant 1/2 block away.

We were three adults going to a Monday evening concert at Nationals Ballpark. Rental was easy to get to, easy to enter with access code, exceedingly clean and neat, well equipped and comfortable. Not knowing the area, we were leery, but once there we never had a single concern. It’s a nice, residential area. Well lit with small businesses. Including a dog park and kennel- which did tend to get loud on occasion. Not the worst thing, and earplugs were provided. Quick easy walk to the grocery store, Metro station, liquor store and restaurants. Ball park was about a 20 minute walk. There is no parking provided. This may be a concern. It was not easy to come by. No stars off because the listing is very upfront about that. The Sonder company and app were very easy to use and navigate and gave some recommendations for restaurants etc

Only thing is that I did not get the air mattress I requested. They told me it would be there, it wasn't.

Good size, not as clean in bathrooms and baseboards as I would have liked. Ice maker sounded like someone was knocking on the door several times through the day.

Nice location for our weekend in DC. Loved the electric Lime scooters right outside our condo. Used them to tour about a 3-4 mile radius.
Parking outside on street was relatively easy and doable for our stay. Especially since DC parking is tough.

Did not enjoy being put on the first floor by the front door which was unlocked without any security and across from the elevator. As anyone could imagine, it was an extremely loud at all hours of the night. Didn't get much sleep for the two nights we were there as our "neighbors" were very loud throughout the night and early morning. One of the beds was disgusting and the kitchen utensils were sparse and the bowls and coffee cups were the miniature size for a doll set. This was an extremely overpriced apartment for the value.

Very clean, nicely appointed, good building security. Very comfortable bedding. Overall lovely stay

Very nice place with comfy beds, solid in-room amenities, and a great location. My only complaint is the walls are very thin, you hear a lot. There must have been a family above us, it was non-stop stomping and running around above us anytime I was in the room, in addition to the never-ending stream of DC sirens, construction, and honking. Would not recommend if you are looking for a stay with intimacy or the feeling of total privacy. Great for a business trip though!

This was a perfect location! A short walk to the metro and restaurants. Plenty of free street parking. Unit was clean, bright and modern. Use the app for easy entry. Will stay here again.

The location was convenient for our travel plans in the DC area. The condo was clean but could have used a coat of paint. Check in /out was super easy.

This place was great for our group of 3 work colleagues to explore the city. The neighborhood felt very safe and relatively quiet. The apartment was clean and tidy. I would definitely be interested in staying here again if we came back to the city.

Great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the sights. On many bus routes and a 10 minute walk to the metro. Clean and comfortable. We even hada washer and dryer.

We work for a small nonprofit and needed to stay affordably near the capitol. With two in-suite bathrooms and separation between bedrooms, this afforded plenty of privacy and was much more affordable than two hotel rooms.

Access codes were terrible. 24/7 service is an absolute joke. 1st access code didn't work to get into the building, but did for our room, so we reported it, downloaded a virtual key and moved on.
But 24 hrs later, nothing worked. We couldn't reach any real help as the "24/7 service" is nothing more than a call center an no one actually has the ability of the authority to solve an issue.
The 2nd code worked for a short while but the app never updated (we were told it would "in a few minutes") to get the virtual key. It ruined dinner both nights.
The next night, the 2nd code stopped working. We stood in the hall tying to get a code, waiting for someone to get us a new code to get into our room.
This 3rd code worked for the remainder of the trip. The whole ordeal was very stressful as we didn't know if when we left our room if we would be able to get back in or how long it might take. All anyone could say was "sorry" and "we'll try to get a manager to help".
Again, we COULD NOT ACCESS THE ROOM WE PAID FOR. Repeatedly. It was not a matter of user error. Their key pad, code system and customer service are all awful!
I called VRBO and Sonder multiple times and just got the run around. Ultimately we resigned ourselves to the idea that anytime we left, we may not be able to get back into our room.
Aside from that the aesthetic is nice but the construction is cheap, making it very noisy. The pull out sofa was broken and no solution was offered.
Overall, HORRIBLE!!!!!

We had a great stay. Our flight arrived very early so the luggage storage was a plus. It would have been great to have at least one restroom (code access) in that amenity area for people like us who arrrived early.

This two bedroom apartment had a washer/dryer, kitchenette, two bathrooms, and an air mattress. Our building/room code didn't work so it took about half an hour before we could get into the apartment. It came with coffee, tea, laundry detergent, and dish soap. It had very little hand/shower soap causing us to go out of our way to buy more. One of the bedroom shades was broken which took time to fix so we could have darkness and privacy. The beds are hard so I slept on the couch. Overall, it worked well for us.

The property was what we hoped for …clean and efficient.I would give it a 9 out of 10… minor quibbles were water pressure and temperature…and dog barking …thanks for the ear plugs lol

Clean, very helpful chat feature.
Two criticisms:
1. Make it clear that there is a process to complete before the online check in and any emails contain access details is sent.
2. The Roku tv access should be universal, we weren’t able to access some channels without the pin, things that were included in that subscription.
Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you!

We were a little uncertain of the parking situation but there is actually street parking downstairs and it looks clean and safe.
The rooms are clean and spacious; having the washer/dryer in house is extremely convenient for our family with a 3 yo kid.
Contactless checkin also works pretty good. I hope all future checkin are like this.
Highly recommend.

It was a great place, clean and easy to check in. It is walkable to the Capitol if you are okay with a long walk, and the neighborhood on the way is enjoyable itself. You are right by the naval yards. Parking was actually free in the street outside of the building which was an added bonus.

The apartment gave our family of five ample space to relax after sightseeing throughout the day. Clean, quiet (except for city noises and the anthem played daily at 8am as the Navy yard raised the flag). The apartment has two wire noise machines to reduce nighttime disruptions from the city noise. . Kitchen is spacious and supplied with dishes and utensils for preparing meals. Beds were comfortable. We used the hide-away mattress separately on the floor of the spacious walk-in closet for our youngest daughter’s bed. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

This property is close to it all. The Metro system makes travel around DC a breeze.

Wake up to dogs barking at nearby doggie daycare. Wall thin. Beds hard. Apartment nice though and secure.

It started off rocky, but got a hold of customer service and that was taken care of. When we arrived all was fantastic. Towards the end of the stay the guest above us had a little kid and they were jumping and running, I went up the there once to ask them if they could stop. It stopped for a few minutes then continued until 4am. Other then that, the stay was great, check in was easy, had enough essentials to last the time we were there. All around fantastic, I will be booking again.
