Villa of 90 m2, living room 23 m2, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Secured home with automatic gate and space to park one or two vehicles. The grounds are fully enclosed and paved. Small covered terrace in front of living room. Large terrace of 80 m2 with grill and garden furniture. Additional terrace upstairs. 18 m2 swimming pool, secured by locking gate. 1 bedroom with a double bed, shower and dressing room. 1 child bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 captain bed, plus numerous closets. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Baby cot available. Kitchen: induction stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, iced water dispenser. Washing machine in the basement. 51 cm flat screen TV. WE ACCEPT ANIMALS Nearby: 300 m: café and bakery, pharmacy 350 m: minimarket and shops, Bolnuevo beach 1 km: Bolnuevo’s famous eroded rocks Between Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarrón, many other beaches, including the beautiful Playa Bahia, 2 km away. Leaving Bolnuevo, an unimproved road leads to many coves, several of which are nudist beaches. At 5 km, Puerto de Mazarrón: Tourist Office, marina, El Paseo (sea promenade) Supermarkets, covered food market, plus one large market on Sunday morning. Numerous bars and restaurants.

This traditional Spanish villa has been a loved home and still has everything you could need for a relaxed holiday. Easy walk to cafes and the beach. The local Spar shop is very well stocked with good prices. Communication with the host was excellent.

Espléndida casa para un relax total
Situada en Bolnuevo, zona tranquila y cerca de las playas, incluso de una de las playas caninas que posee el Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón (hay tres).
Muy bien equipada y con mobiliario de calidad. La casa es fresquita y la piscina está en zona de seguridad con puerta para evitar que los niños entren sin vigilancia.
Algo que nos llamó la atención fue que el colchón de la cama de matrimonio parecía como nuevo.
Esperamos volver en octubre ya que nos lo hemos pasado muy bien. Recomendable.

Belle maison dans un cadre très agréable. La proximité de la mer est un plus. Maison très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien sauf la climatisation...
Propriétaire très sympathique et également très disponible!

Une belle maison, parfait pour les familles !
Nous sommes une famille allemande. Nous n`avons eu aucun problème avec des langues, parce que Mr. Sanchez peut parler francais, espagnol et un peu anglais. Les 3 langues ainsi que mènent au bu.Tout était parfait dans et autour de la maison. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Mer et montagne dans un superbe environnement.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie petite maison. La plage est magnifique et pas trop fréquentée : il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Nous avons fait de nombreuses promenades dans les alentours : au parc naturel de Las Moreras, entre Bolnuevo et Puerto de Mazzaron, du côté des forteresses de Cabo Tiñoso. Un autre point à ne pas négliger : le coût de la vie est bien moins cher qu'en Belgique, surtout dans les restaurants et au marché du dimanche. Un bon plan assurément!

Superbe villa dans magnifique environnement
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette magnifique villa qui correspond parfaitement aux attentes quand à sa description. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Les balades aux alentours sont toutes aussi belles et la plages à quelques centaines de metres à pied!

"Nous avons loué cette maison de novembre 2012 à mars 2013 donc pendant la saison hivernale.
La situation est idéale parce que Bolnuevo se trouve à l''extrémité de la route, il n''y a aucun trafic de transit. Le quartier est particulièrement calme et la rambla qui borde la propriété donne beaucoup d''espace libre. L''environnement est superbe. On peut faire de nombreuses promenades dans des sites naturels magnifiques dans les environs. Les plages sont particulièrement belles et bien entretenues, même en hiver. On peut également visiter des petites villes aux alentours : Aguilas, Cartagena, Puerto de Mazarron, etc. Le propriétaire fournit toute la documentation nécessaire. Nous recommandons particulièrement de participer au Carnaval d''Aguilas (début février), c''est grandiose !
Il y a des commerces à proximité. On peut s''y rendre à pied. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié un café-restaurant-boulangerie-patisserie qui offre le wifi à sa clientèle et aussi un hôtel-restaurant qui propose un menu du jour de très bonne qualité à un prix intéressant. Vous trouverez facilement, l''un est à environ 300 m vers la mer, l''autre à 300 m du côté opposé.
A propos de prix, sachez que tout est moins cher que chez nous. Ca compte.
Le logement est très bien équipé pour passer un agréable séjour. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu''on peut souhaiter. De plus, le propriétaire tient une boutique à quelques km. Il est serviable, disponible et parle français.
Ce logement ne convient pas pour une personne à mobilité réduite car il y a un escalier de 5 ou 6 marches à monter pour y accéder.
Au final, nous avons passé un excellent hivernage dans une maison et une région très agréables. Peut-être y retournerons nous pendant une autre saison.

Nous avons loué cette maison à Bolnuevo pour une location d'hiver pendant 5 mois et cette expérience à été merveilleuse du début jusqu'à la fin. Cette maison est maison est magnifique. Moderne, équipée, spacieuse, très très tranquille, la vue est magnifique, les voisins sont très gentils et le quartier est très agréable avec toutes les commodités à proximité.
Il y a des randonnées pédestres époustoufflantes très proche d'ici. La mer est vraiment proche et le propriétaire est très gentil et si qqchose doit être réparé, c'est fait très rapidement. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le quartier nous manque déjà. En bref, pas de mauvaise surprise, au contraire c'est plus impressionnant en réalité. C'est un endroit idéal pour des vacances réussies!
