A bus service also run's to the beautiful port of Mazarron and Mazarron town. Loved our stay. Swam evert day in the beautifully kept private pool . A good distance with sea views from amenities . A small perfectly formed village on the beach. Would recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay, but the cleanliness could of been better.We had to re clean ourselves, the little but very important things like thick dust on ceiling fans,couldn’t use till cleaned, the dust would of gone everywhere. There’s something coming out of the plug part in the bath. I do have picture. Not very child friendly if you did have children, would be a nervous wreck round by the pool, those steps are a danger zone. Dogs barking through the night from next door, not your fault, but running a business maybe have a word with the neighbour about those 2 poor dogs just kept in the tight area they are in. The big one but might sound silly is no toilet paper on arrival. I was absolutely bursting for the toilet when we got there, not even a tissue or half a toilet roll in sight. Luckily for me I had some tissue on me. If you have a late flight in the last thing you want to do is go without toilet roll due to shops being closed at silly o clock. But now the complaint's are over I have to say we did have a good time there & the pool was a god send. Oh cooker needs a proper clean, all stuff comes out the bottom of the door when using the oven.

We have stayed in Bolnuevo numerous times as we like the town. Great to get up and walk down to the beach for a swim in the morning before breakfast. The key pick up was easy and any issues quickly resolved by the team at Just Joes. There are dogs next door and to be honest this is true for about every villa we have rented. They were cute as well. First time ever we have had a decent set of kitchen knives! Kitchen was well kitted out.

El precio por 8 días está bien, nada más llegar nos encontramos a un hombre que no hablaba nada de español y así fue difícil decirle todo lo que vimos, no tiene antena de tv, el suplemento por limpieza es excesivo ya que no hay ningún tipo de higiene ni limpieza, suciedad por todos sitios, desde la cocina, en el comedor, los aseos, y en el exterior con malas hierbas (arbustos grandes) alrededor de toda la vivienda, creemos que ellos piensan que son flores de decoración, pero no lo son atraían a todo tipo de insectos y a lo que más a las avispas, tuvimos que quitar un avispero cerca de la puerta de la cocina, tumbonas rotas, nos quedamos porque no nos devolvían el dinero y lo mejor sin duda alguna es la piscina, pero nos duró 3 días limpia ya que empezó a ponerse turbia, nos dijeron que vendrían 2 días a la semana a limpiarla y desde el lunes que entramos vinieron domingo a dos días de irnos, vinieron a limpiarla e igualmente quedó turbia, el problema era de filtración y no de echar más cloro, pero bueno una pena que la tengan en esas condiciones, no volveremos...

Lo único es que la playa está más lejos, a unos 15 minutos andando y no había WiFi ni antena de TV . Por lo demás todo geniaal!

En general la casa bien la piscina de Tamaño normal, la atención en la entra y salida muy bien, la piscina la la limpian una vez a la semana, la limpieza a la entra la verdad que mal pero por lo demás muy bien,estupendas vacaciones, posiblemente repetiremos, atención con los mosquitos hay que estar preparado

I rented this villa to accommodate my family who were joining me for my 70th birthday. The bedroom arrangements were ideal for the number/ages staying and had the advantage of being five minutes walk from my sister's villa which was where I was staying. An evening flight meant a late arrival and Ken and Sarah - villa owners - agreed my sister could pick up the key from Barbara the key holder. That worked a treat. Barbara made contact to ensure all was well. My family members were very satisfied with the accommodation. Their only gripe was the noise made by two dogs living next door. The animals seem to run free in the garden 24 hours a day and bark very loudly every time someone walks by the property. Not sure what can be done about that?

Good Location Barb and Paul were excellent at checking in and out and the villa was very clean. The villa is in a good location and very near to quiet beaches. Bolnuevo is quiet and has a few restaurants and bars but is limited. Puerto Mazarron is much more lively with restaurants, bars and shops. The villas could do with a touch of maintenance, light in one bedroom did not work, kitchen light switch broken , lights over mirror in bathroom not working, the electricity box could not cope with many things on, if you had oven on and air-con and then a kettle the supply would cut out and it needed to be reset. The TV you cannot get normal channels on it only Netflix. Outside the pool is lovely but there is no real shade. Next door there are two dogs who bark every time someone walks past the house and charge at the gate making it rattle this can happen throughout the night. There is also not much of an information pack we have stayed at many villas and this has always been provided with information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, area code for making calls, nearest medical centre, taxi numbers.

De ontvangst door Barbara en Paul was prima. Mooie tv maar heeft geen live tv. Prima internet. Beddengoed is slecht. Geen legplek voor kleding alleen hang met slechte hangers. Voor 2 personen genoeg zitplaatsen. Geen lekkere grote schaduw plek buiten. Lekker zwembad. Heel veel rommel in alle kastjes. Bolnuevo heeft voor de tourist niks te bieden, een Spar en een paar terrasjes. Heel veel strand. Misschien in juli beter? Puerto is s avonds iets leuker.

Es ist ein sehr schönes charmantes Ferienhaus mit Pool. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Auch wenn es einige kleinere Mängel gab (z. B. kein großer Topf um für 6 Personen Nudeln zu kochen) würden wir unseren nächsten Spanienurlaub wieder in diesem Objekt verbringen wollen. Fazit: Vom ersten Kontakt mit den Eigentümern bis zum letzten Kontakt mit den Schlüsselverwaltern haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt. 👍

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus,wir kommen gern nochmal wieder.Ich kenne den Ort Bolnuevo und fühle mich sehr wohl dort.Es ist alles vor Ort,Restaurants,Bars,Lebensmittelladen ,man erreicht alles zu Fuss und kann danach auf der schönen Terasse ausspannen,so soll Urlaub sein.

We stayed in this house for 12 days at the end of august and it was a real pleasure. We enjoyed every moment of it and we all felt home , the house is clean and fresh , well situated for all day sun , in a very quite and relaxing residential area very close to the beach and all amenities , bolnuevo is lovely and a quite village plus very close to puerto de mazarron where you can enjoy the sun at mazarron beach or a walk at the port or a lovely dinner , if you have a car you can visit all the region , like Cartagena Murcia and Alicante plus other lovely beautiful areas , I have to talk about Barbara , the lovely lady who looks after the house and cleans it like it's her own house , she is amazing every thing was immaculately clean and tidy, she was there for any thing we asked for and knows the area very well so she was able to give us advises about every thing we asked for , plus her lovely husband Paul who looks after the swimming pool, and cleans it every week , thank you for both of you for being as amazing as you are , and thank you to Sarah the owner who was there every time I needed some thing from her . Keep up with this good work We enjoyed our holidays in this house and we will be back one day Karima
