We had a wonderful stay at Bettina's place with our two kids. It had a fun park nearby, plus bakeries and grocery stores. Less than a block to the Ubahn and only 10 min walk to the museum quarter. And a great English language secondhand bookstore a couple of blocks away! Quiet, safe neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again in Munich!

We absolutely loved this apartment, and it worked for our family of four (two adults, two small children). It was small for us but had everything we needed, was in a fantastic location to get really anywhere quickly by walking or public transport, and we had wonderful communication with the host. We'd absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Munich.

The Apartment is snall but every detail was paid attention to so there was plenty of room for my family of 5. The location is AMAZING. The neighborhood was wonderful and tje neighbors in the building wete so friendly and loved my kids.
It's near a playground and thete is a bakery across the street.
The ubahn is right down the road.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Munich - very clean, comfortable and the little balcony was wonderful. Bettina was a great host - she communicated very well and let us check in a few hours early. Her apartment is in a wonderful residential neighborhood with easy access to everywhere in Munich (subway stop very close). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 großen Kindern alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Für drei Übernachtungen hatten wir einen ideal gelegenen Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen in Münchens Zentrum.

Beautiful Place
Friends and I decided to book a short trip to Munich and we enjoyed our time greatly staying at Bettina’s Vrbo! The station is very close to the accommodation and the area feels very safe and friendly. In addition, the owner was very accommodating! My friends and I flew in earlier than check-in and we weren’t sure what to do with our bags but Tobias was very nice to help us with a way to accommodate for our luggage and check-in earlier. The place was a very clean, comfortable, cute, and homey place to stay in! Definitely interested in coming back again whenever I am back in Munich :) Thank you again, Bettina!

Enjoyed our stay with great success! Perfectly situated for convenience. Stones throw to the underground. Short walk to the beer garden and restaurants. Our host was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Overall nice place to stay, close to Maxvordstat, clean and close to public transportation, however the only issue I had was that there were fruit flies throughout the property.

Ruhige Wohnung in toller Lage
Gerade groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Lage ist toll, vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns nett empfangen.

Perfect location, comfortable apartment, and AMAZING hosts
Bettina and her husband were the most gracious and kind hosts we have encountered! The apartment met and exceeded our needs, the balcony was very enjoyable, and it was very easy to get around town. I could not more highly recommend Bettina and her place!

Super Lage, sauberes Apartment, freundliche Gastgeber
Das Apartment liegt sehr günstig, direkt vor der U-Bahnstation Josefsplatz der U2 und die U2 geht direkt zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Messe. Und der Biergarten im Engischen Garten ist mit dem Bus auch noch praktisch erreichbar, was will man mehr.
Das Apartment ist sauber und praktisch und die Vermieterin ist freundlich und unkompliziert.
Gerne komme ich wieder!

Beautiful, clean apartment
We had a wonderful stay in Munich at this apartment. It was so clean and lovely. It has anything you would need for a stay, and the balcony was especially nice. The neighborhood was very nice and only three stops from the train station. The property owner was extremely kind and helpful, and very flexible with our needs for the stay. I would recommend this stay for any group.

Sehr nette Stadtwohnung in München-Schwabing
Unser Kurzaufenthalt in der Stadtwohnung in Schwabing war sehr gut, bis auf die nächtliche Ruhestörung (einmal bis 1.00 Uhr und die zweite Nacht ging es bis 3.00 Uhr) von seiten der Nachbarn und der Parkplatzsituation, die wirklich problematisch ist.

Hervorragende Aufnahme
Spitzen Lage, wenn München besucht werden will. Liebevoll eingerichtete freundlich Wohnung im 1. Stock. Sehr, sehr ruhig. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder haben genügend Platz. Es entstand so das Gefühl, einmal eine Woche in München gewohnt, gelebt zu haben. Niemand wollte eigentlich schon wieder nach Hause.
Einkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf vor der Haustüre. Sehr angenehme Umgebung. Zu Fuß vieles erreichbar, aber auch ÖPNV um die Ecke.
Also hoffen wir alle auf ein nächstes mal!
