We call it the Duck House because you get to watch the birds and wildlife in the ponds and canals of Storey Lake from your private balcony. This super stylish condo sleeps 8 The primary booker should be over 25. This is to assist in our commitment to a quiet vacation community. On occasion exceptions may be made but please contact us to check prior booking. Children young and old are of course welcome! Say hello to the vacation home of your dreams! This stylish 3 Bedroom Premium condo sleeps up to 8 and is only minutes away from Mickey's doorstep, this apartment puts you right in the center of all the fun! High end kitchen with stone countertops is the heartbeat of this spacious holiday haven. This leads into the living and dining areas and the wonderful balcony and blissful views – this is where you come to slow down and relax. Enjoy a spectacular view of Florida will welcome you with open Bedrooms: 1. Master suite complete with a king-size bed, nautical decor, flat-screen tv, and an en-suite luxury bathroom. A walk-in shower and a seaside ambiance, this room feels more like a spa than a master suite! (sleeps up to 2) 2. Calling all Disney fans! Complete with 2 x full-size beds (sleeps up to 4) and Mickey Mouse décor, this room is the perfect place to fall asleep watching your favorite Disney movies. TV and plenty of storage this room is perfect for the family. 3. Spectacular view and an en suite bathroom. Enjoy your queen size bed and get the R&R you deserve. This home comes with a full-size washer and dryer. The fewer clothes you have to pack, the more room there will be to bring home souveniers! This home is located in the stunning Storey Lake Resort. You will find you don't have to go very far to find paradise. Storey Lake offers a swimming pool with a lazy river, amazing water slides, a splash pad, beach area, fishing, canoeing and plenty of other outdoor sports. Guests also have access to the poolside cafe, clubhouse, fitness facility, and business center. There are no fees with Shine Villas for clubhouse usage ( which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!). Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge. Some common questions answered about Storey Lake Resort! Are the pools heated year round? Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round! What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. Are there activities at the Resort? Yes and the activities change monthly! Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra? Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too. What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily. What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily. Please note that the occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM. ID is required to access the community and primary renters must be 25 older. Families and Children are Welcome at this family resort. The primary booking guests is required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement and verifying that they are the authorized user of the payment card provided (if applicable). This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’)

We’ve stayed in this community twice when visiting WDW and recommend it. This was our first time at this property and I would definitely stay again. The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had at a short term rental property. They were so comfortable, we slept great!

We stayed here to be close to our daughter's volleyball team who was in town for AAU volleyball at the Convention Center. Easy to get to, pool next to the condo and quiet area.

Do you call this the Duck house because the ducks swim in the pool or watching the pool cleaners try to shoo them away was not a show to be missed? The coffee table needs some TLC, We touched it once and it was so wobbly that we didn't touch it again. When I grabbed a piece of toilet paper, the roll holder came apart. I didn't have a jewelers screwdriver with me to fix it so it is still loose. Still a good place, that stuff is minor. Just wanted you to be aware.

This place was perfect for our vacation at Disney! It was conveniently located at about 15min average from the parks, plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The property manager was super quick to respond to the couple of requests we had. The apartment itself was big, each bedroom and bathroom had a lot of space and we were very comfortable! It was super clean, modern, furnished with everything, looking just like on the pictures. We just wish it had a little more supplies provided (toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc) as usually see in other rentals. We nonetheless had a great time, and the pool conveniently located just down the building was the cherry on top! 100% recommend it!

Stayed a couple nights for a quick visit to SeaWorld on our way to a longer vacation in Cape Coral. Didn’t have time to explore any of the amenities so I can’t speak for any of that but was very happy with the condo. It was very clean and a great set up for our family of 5. Would definitely book again if staying in Orlando again.

Great apartment. Would definitely book this location again. My only complaint is the property managers. I called to ask for a remote for the cable box and that was the end of it. So I bought one otherwise we couldn’t watch tv. Also there were no instructions for checking out. And the amount of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) was inadequate.
