Relax by the HEATED pool, gather around the fire table on the patio, or make yourself at home in the relaxing bohemian inspired villa. If you’re looking for a large home for your extended family, parents, siblings, grandparents and children, this is it. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Beautiful 4500 sq. ft. home on a charming dead end road. 7 bedroom 4 full and one half bath all on one level. Two master suites. Professionally decorated with a bohemian feel. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy after long days exploring all that the Clearwater/St Pete area has to offer. This is the ultimate vacation home in an excellent location and close to all the popular places this area has to offer. Just 2 miles miles to Indian Rocks Beach, The Original Crabby Bills, Jimmy Guana’s, PJ’s Oyster Bar, Tropical Ice Cream Shop. We are about 8 miles south of Clearwater Beach which has so many restaurants, entertainment and beautiful beaches including Pier 60. If you go in the opposite direction, south, we are about 7 miles from Maderia Beach, John’s Pass, Redington Beach and many more restaurants to chose from. There is a Publix about 5 minutes away. If you enjoy shopping, there is plenty of stores and shopping malls a few miles away. This home comes well equipped with many complimentary amenities, including a beach wagon, Tommy bahama beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, beach cooler and much more. You will love the open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and relaxing den. This is an outdoor paradise with a private backyard on over an acre filled with beautiful trees, flowers and tons of room for play. The covered area by the pool has ceiling fans, an outdoor bar and built in picnic area!

This is truly a 5 Star house and probably the best (of several) we have rented for a large gathering of family.The house, especially the kitchen, was very well equipped to handle the group with plenty of gathering space both inside and out.Tiffani made the check in easy and was very responsive when we needed a propane refill during the stay.The property has a country estate feel that contributed to a wonderful time.

Home was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Located in a quiet area on a dead end street. Home had all the supplies we needed for the beach. When we were not at the beach, we had plenty of space and entertainment to relax at home. We all enjoyed our stay.

The layout of the property is very good. Lots of space and the trees are absolutely beautiful! However we were told to put the garbage out to the curb, start a load of towels in the washer and also start the dishwasher. Not sure why we paid so much for cleaning. Never did this before. Overall stay was great!

We were 5 couples. The house exceeded our expectations. It is clean and comfortable.
The kitchen is amazing. The bedrooms are private and the beds are comfortable.
The pool and outside areas are paradise. The property Manager Tiffani is honestly one of the nicest responsive person that I have ever worked with. She was extremely accommodating.
Short drive to the beach, that is if you even want to leave the house.

This was a perfect space for our family for our sons wedding. Property manager was incredibly responsive to questions, she was just great. Can easily handle large groups. Large back yard was wonderful. Seating inside was a little sparse for such a large space but seating outside made up for the difference. Was a great fit for our needs.

This house was perfect for our needs; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone had privacy and a huge kitchen, living room and outdoor patio where we could congregate and enjoy each other's company. The property manager was very attentive, even coming on Sat evening to attend to a (minor) equipment malfunction. We were very happy with our stay!

We gathered our family together for 50th anniversary vacation with my parents. This was the perfect destination for my brothers and our parents. The pool and atmosphere were perfect, we were so close to the beach, and Florida is always sunny! Tiffany , the property manager was fantastic! Her attentiveness in communication was impeccable. We would love to stay here again in the future!

I ask also for early entry because of my new born baby and she let me entry earlier since we flight and got early. And very happy and thankful for choosing to stay at this lovely house.

This was perfect for our extended family to stay together! We ranged from 1.5 years-80 years and all loved it. Very clean space, beautiful pool, and well equipped kitchen. The beach chairs were such a nice touch!
Tiffani went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and respond quickly to any needs we had!!

The house was perfect, along with the property manager! The house was clean and had the perfect amount of space for my large family. The pool was clean, necessities were provided and communication was excellent. If you are looking for the perfect place, this is it. Will definitely be returning in the future. :)

From the bounty of oversized beach towels and toiletries to the fully stocked kitchen with the full cabinet of Yeti cups for poolside drinks to the drawer full of coffee ‘fixings’ that delighted my teenagers :-)! The pool was lovely and when we couldn’t get the heat on, Tiffani came right over to take care of the problem. The beach at Indian Rocks is a short drive away but the house is so great, we only went to the beach one day during our stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay…my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!! We’ll be back!!

My siblings and our families had a great time staying here. The backyard was a great place for the kids to play, the heated pool was clean and had plenty of seating, the gas grill and gas fire pit made cooking and relaxing outside easy.
The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, and the dining room had plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together.
The beds were comfy and smart tvs we’re convenient for kids wanting to watch Netflix.
The property manager responded promptly to any questions or requests no matter the time of day.
We all enjoyed this property and would absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay near Clearwater
