Nestled in Sunnyside, this charming condo for $1,844 per night is a great option for your next break. Top Shellf is a newly renovated luxurious gulf-front penthouse located in Pinnacle Port. Upon entering the penthouse, you are greeted by a high-end kitchen, dining area for 10, and a living area that is perfect for family gatherings. Simply open the sliding door that takes you out to the balcony that has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This penthouse is unlike anything else in Pinnacle Port, it is an end unit that has views from Panama City Beach to Destin and borders the large secluded beach, Camp Helen State Park. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. Stroll back into the condo and you will find a king master off of the living room that has gulf views. Further down the hall, you will find the charming bunk room with 4 twin beds and 2 trundles that the kids will love. The third bedroom is an additional king guest bedroom that also has gulf views with its own private bath. This Top Shellf penthouse will not disappoint! We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 5 minutes from this condo. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. We are right down the street and are happy to head your way! Overview: - Gulf-front penthouse - Complimentary seasonal beach chair service, includes 2 chairs and an umbrella (March-October) - 3 bedroom, 3 bath - Tennis court - Basketball court - Shallow private inlet - 1,263 sq ft - Wi-Fi - Cable in living room (streaming in bedrooms) - Boat ramp and boat slips at no charge to use! (Trailer parking fee is $10/spot for each week you are here and is payable to the Pinnacle Port business office) Overnight: - King master; private bath; TV - Bunk room with 4 twin beds and 2 twin trundles; private bath; - King guest room; private bath; TV Check-in is 4:00 PM CST. Checkout is 10:00 AM CST.

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was not crowded, the water was clear and the sand was white! The condo has tennis courts, a sand volleyball net and kayaks to use on the lake. We also found a ton of sea shells which was a nice change vs staying in Destin. The water was fishy, which was perfect for our family who likes to fish. The condo itself is older but this unit was completely updated, clean and nicely kept. There are fans in every room, which was nice. It seems like the air conditioner had a difficult time keeping cool at times. One evening we returned and it was 77 in the unit…this would be more of an issue during prime summer months. We were here the very last week of May. No other complaints!

Incredible place to stay! Perfectly situated for views and so close to the beach. The extra perk was having a complimentary set of chairs and umbrella already set up by beach service (can call and have more setup - on your dime). We saw dolphins about 100 yards out for 2 of our 5 days there. Management was responsive and helpful. This place is a hidden gem away from the crowds and madness of 30A, Rosemary and Panama City. Truly magical.

This beautiful condo was the perfect location for a long weekend! The views were amazing! There was a quick walk to the beach and the included umbrellas were a bonus! The decor was newly updated and welcoming! We enjoyed great restaurants and shops nearby. We will definitely remember this spot the next time we plan a beach vacation!

The rental was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, and an amazing view of an amazing ocean view. Plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen for when we prepared food. The only recommendation for improvement I have is the water pressure in the kitchen sink is barely a trickle...I could have called I suppose looking back but I'm not one to complain or be high maintenance.

Perfect Beach Getaway
This 3/3 is perfection in paradise. It’s tucked away on the end of PCB by a secluded state park. It’s nestled right on the beach in between a dune lake and the Gulf. The wrap around porch makes sunsets heaven. And you wake up to the views in both master suites. The bunk room has anything a kid could ask for with a huge tv and bean bags for gaming or movie watching. Plugs for each bunk area. Everything is completely remodeled and fresh! Fully stocked kitchen with anything you need. Awesome new appliances. Need a hook for your bags? A luggage rack? They’ve thought of everything, down to the placement for your cosmetics with a shelf in the bathroom. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. TVs in all rooms and even games and puzzles. The beds are comfortable! Extra blankets and pillows. The decor is so tasteful and not the tacky beach decor you usually see. Obviously professionally decorated. And with the automatic shades for the all the windows…… they're just showing off.
Perfect for families or 2 couples and the kiddos. The place to stay to be near 30a but with PCB prices and no crowds.

This condo was very newly remodeled, clean, and an excellent value. The balcony is a corner one with on side being fairly private since there is no building your facing on that side. Definitely the “Wow” factor of the place. One bedroom can actually accommodate 6 kids with the trundle beds. Good idea! I left my shampoo at home but the condo was setup like a hotel and had me covered with the shampoo. My wife said they had a curling iron which we haven’t seen before. Very well stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. Enjoyed it!
