The process was smooth. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We were very disappointed that it had a dirt road on each side of it. The outdoor area was so dusty, it was unusable except for the hot tub at night after all the construction traffic stopped. We should have been advised about the dirt road. The host, Brian, was quick to answer our inquiries and take care of a couple of minor issues. The owner needs to follow up on housekeeping. The return air door was almost completely stopped up with lint and hair. I used the broom to clean it but it needs a deep cleaning. There were also roaches in the house. I did not report to Brian because we did not want spraying done while we were in the house. We would rent again if the roads were paved and housekeeping was better. It never occurred to me to ask if the streets were paved.
