RV parking! High end and large pool! Professional underground trampoline! Playground! We had to remove the wood deck around the pool (city required) pool stay same size and good for use. Our Villa is in a quit community so you can unwind and enjoy yourself. The backyard is why we booked and it was perfect. The house could use a good deep clean. Bed’s were all broken, the pillows were awful and the heating in the garage that was converted isn’t great. The kitchen is missing things like a can opener (we bought and left one), big kitchen bowls, and the dishwasher was broken. Has a great washer and dryer, the backyard was amazing for the littles and communication with the host was great.

The backyard made the trip for my kids, they had a great time and loved it! Overall the house was nice clean, and everything worked. But it's clear that the house has been a rented quite a bit and needs some refreshing. Host was great to communicate with and very responsive.

We had a great time staying here. The play area is awesome and it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood. The only thing that surprised us was that the air conditioning was off when we came in the house, so it was really hot when we checked in. The host was very good at communicating and answered any questions we had while being there too! Overall 5 stars!

We stayed here for four nights with two small children-they loved the outside play area. The host was quick to address any issues/concerns. The area is conveniently close to Vegas but also a lot of great places like Lake Mead or the Hoover Dam. We chose this house over a condo or a hotel because it was kid-friendly and we wanted a full kitchen and the ability to do laundry when needed.

The family and I needed a place to stay for the EDC weekend and were very happy to find this home. The area might not have been my first choice but believe when I say the home is in fantastic condition with modern amenities and plenty of fun for the whole family. The host is kind and extremely responsive. Probably the fastest host to tend to us for any stay. I highly recommend this home.

We came in town for a kids football tournament and had to immediately leave and scramble to find a hotel.
We were very disappointed. The description does not match what we were expecting.
1. The master bathroom toilet has a major leak
2. The pool has algae and no border around it
3. Ants right when we walk through the front door
4. Neighborhood feels unsafe
5. House is not cleaned properly
Host wouldn’t refund anything and I was willing to eat the cost of one night
Edited to add: Host called me immediately from his cell phone after my review and offered to refund me if I remove the review said there was a huge misunderstanding. He then told me he would get back to me and then I got an email saying I’m harassing him. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. My mistake for giving someone the benefit of doubt to be a good person.

7 adults & 2 littles had plenty of room. Backyard was super fun. Neighborhood is an older area, not as pretty as some areas but was quiet and worked. Host was quick to respond.

If you have children, book this place NOW! My grandsons, 6 and 2, played all day in the back yard and never got bored. The house was set up great for a relaxing trip. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and easy access to all things 'Vegas"!

There were a few items that needed attention when we first arrive but the owner made sure to address each one. The home was spacious and neighborhood quiet. It was the perfect place to take naps in between visits to the strip.

This house was perfect to keep all the little cousins busy playing and sharing. We had a couple outings to nearby activities but everyone enjoyed relaxing in the house, pool and fun yard.

We had a great time at this property. East to find and get into. Host responds quickly and is accommodating. Lots of room inside and the kids loved the backyard. It was nice to come back to this property and relax.

Our first experience with VRBO and it was great. This host was very responsive and worked any issues out right away. Will definitely rent this property again! House was cozy & clean and we loved the swimming pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful stay! Great house for large groups too. We had a total of 9 people in our party and we were all very comfortable.
The house was as advertised in a nice quiet neighborhood and the backyard was very spacious and inviting.
The kitchen was the highlight of this place as everything was beautifully remodeled with high end appliances.
Communication with host was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms we nice, and backyard was awesome! Pool was not used due to the time of year, but the rest of the stuff was great!

Amazing stay
WE had an amazing stay. My kids love the Backyard . The Home was Wells kept and Upgrade throughout. Plenty of Room for a Family of 4. WE look forward to staying here agin In the Future.
