The condo was well equipped and nicely arranged. Quiet, safe area with short 2 block walk to the beach and within about half mile from the downtown area of Delray Beach with many restaurant and shopping options.

SueAnn met us when we arrived and did a walk through and also a complimentary bottle of wine and a surprise pizza in the freezer from Trader Joe’s! She was such a great host. We had an issue with the AC and in less than 2 hrs from calling her, the repairman showed up and had it fixed. The condo is immaculate, well stocked with cooking necessities, nice beach chairs and umbrella, Smart TVs and comfortable beds. Just a short two block walk to the beach, and two blocks to Atlantic Ave. we’ve stayed in the “Seagate” neighborhood of Delray Beach the last several years and the Artists Loft is by far the best condo/experience we’ve had.

This rental it's not designed to accommodate children. We did not read the fine print and brought a couple. The landlord was very accommodating after we assured her that we would baby proof the apartment. My wife and I had great and peaceful times together there after all of the grandchildren had left. If you do not have children, I highly recommend this place as the location is exquisite.

This property had it all! Wonderfully decorated, comfortable beds and everything you could possible need; from beach chairs and blankets to a well equipped kitchen to cozy outdoor space. Walk to the beach in 1 minute, enjoy the bars and restaurants right around the corner. Walk to Atlantic Ave, also a quick walk and enjoy all that is happening up and down "The Ave". I did work while i was there. Terrific work space and great wifi. I highly recommend. There was two of us but 4 would be just as comfortable. Thanks SueAnn! She was amazing. Our stay coincided with the arrival of Hurricane Nicole. SueAnn made sure we were well informed and safe. We had no issues but she was there for us! We will book again!

I wea visiting family in Delray and the location is perfect. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The unit was awesome very clean and tidy and the artwork is fabulous. Updated kitchen and baths lots of space. I’m going to plan to stay again on my next trip, highly recommended!

The Artist's Loft is lovely, spotless, spacious, surprisingly well-equipped, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The owner was a pleasure to work with, immediately responsive and accommodating well beyond the call of any duty. The Loft is well-located in a quaint neighborhood only a short walk from both the beach and town of Delray. It was just what we needed and even more comfortable than expected. Highly recommend!

Everything in this 2 bdrm, 2 bath unit was immaculate and tastefully done. It was roomy and comfortable, and the location was perfect - within walking distance of Atlantic Ave. and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful extended stay (2 months) at the Artist’s Loft. Fantastic location, 5 min to the beach and 5 min to all of the restaurants and stores along Atlantic Ave. Great walking to just about anywhere you would want to go in Delray Beach. Very nice neighborhood with a real beach feel. Roomy condo with everything that you need and a wonderfully appointed kitchen. SueAnn is a very responsive and helpful host.

The owner thought of every detail and had the condo fully equipment with linens, excellent kitchen equipment and spotless. My family and I loved walking to the beach almost daily. It is only 2-3 blocks to Atlantic avenue and 2 blocks to the beach.

Artist's Loft is a great location. Two blocks from the beach and two blocks from Atlantic Avenue. No need to have a car. The unit is well stocked and very clean. The updated kitchen has all you need when you are tired of dining out. SueAnn is a very considerate and responsive host. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
