Nestled in Sebastian, this charming house for $295 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Spacious 3Br/2Ba~Heated Pool, UV AC system with Optional Boat Parking **Simple tranquility~just minutes from the Ocean & Indian River** This home features a complete Master Suite, with private tub and shower. There are two additional Queen Bedrooms with Smart TVs and a shared Bathroom. The living quarters provide a large open Kitchen and living room with pool view. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms. The pool area features a propane grill, pool loungers, outdoor furniture and a table set to dine. Beach chairs are in the garage. Perfect multi-family/couples arrangement! Guests agree to the following prior to booking: -$50 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. -No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner. -Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws. -Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. -Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard. -1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1. -Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. -Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings. -Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence -No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well. -No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes. -Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals. -Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use. -Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. -Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. -Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee. -Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation. ~ Large Open Kitchen with Pool View ~ Master Suite has king bed with Smart TV, closets, and private bathroom. ~ Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Smart TV, and closet. ~ Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, Smart TV, and closet. ~ Pool view breakfast nook and living room. ~ Cable and Wireless Internet (Wifi). ~ Garage to park 1 car. ~ Washer and dryer. ~ Caged pool with covered patio. Centrally located in Sebastian, this home is close to Golf, Sebastian Airport and Skydiving Center, Less than 3 miles to the Indian River and 7 miles to the open ocean. Sebastian has several waterfront restaurants and bars, boat ramps and walking paths. It is also within an hour of Orlando Airport, Disney, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Water Parks, Botanical Gardens, Riverside (and others) Theater, Vero Art Center, Brevard Zoo, and the list goes on and on.... not to mention the great Fishing!!! Our second stay was just as good as the first. Great house, nice neighborhood, perfect for small families or families with littles. Check-in & out process super easy. Will definitely come back!

The home was clean and the pool crystal clear. Only suggestion is to replace bbq grill and install some type of handrail (suction cup or permanent) in guest shower. The location is close to beach and lagoon, we ate at Mulligan’s and walked in the adjacent park. We ordered food in one evening from Guisseppi’s Italian, both restaurants have excellent food. I would recommend this home for a nice vacation.

House was very clean. Little older finishes in some areas but clean at least and they are going to update those areas soon. Even so, it was very clean and the stay was great. I would return if ever staying in this area. Also skate park and tennis courts not to far away and plenty of parks plus the beach is only about ten or fifteen minutes away.

We rented this house while one of my sons was practicing at Jackie Robinsons training complex which is about 20 minutes away. The house was as advertised and described. The pool was very nice and we used it every night despite the cooler weather. Eddie was easy to work with. The only negatives were: Low water pressure in showers No chaise lounge chairs by the pool Lack of a drying rack No dressers in one bedroom No full length mirrors in house

I booked this house last minute because another one fell through and it ended up being better than expected. It had everything we needed, the neighborhood was quiet and we got great communication from Eddie. Would recommend highly.

We travelled with our sons and their partners. The house was nice and clean and provided enough space for all three couples. We enjoyed taking a dip in the well heated pool. When we had a small issue, Eddie promptly came over and fixed it.

House was clean and welcoming! Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Beaches only a few miles away. Pool was perfect temp and kids enjoyed it from sun up to sun down! Manager was great, quick to answer any questions! Loved our stay, will definitely be visiting again!

Eddie and his team did a great job on the house getting it ready for us. Everything was very nice and clean. The kitchen had things that we needed to use when you didn't think you needed it. The pool could be just a little bit warmer but that's because I'm always cold. Thank you so much and if we are ever in the area will be sure to come by again!

Very happy with this property. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could think of. The neighborhood was lovely. Great place for kids. The pool was large and heated. We enjoyed our stay . Eddie is a great communicator, has an extensive knowledge of the area and is very approachable with any questions you may have. Looking forward to coming back to Sebastian!

What a cool spot! It was really quiet and spacious. The pool was well kept and maintained. The grill worked perfectly. Surprisingly, we didn't even have time.to watch TV, because of all the activities we planned.
