Don't forget to use the central AC and ceiling fans to keep the home nice and crisp on those hot summer days, and if you really want to cool off you can head down to the shared pool for a refreshing dip. The handsome dining table is great for family game nights and card games with friends - there's enough seating for up to six players. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. HOA rules are strictly enforced and monitored. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location is about 15 minutes from all attractions. I loved that we could see the pool from the balcony and master bedroom. Overall, wonderful property. Will definitely stay here when visiting Myrtle Beach in the future.

What can I say… this beach house was beautiful!!! The decor, furniture and comfort of the home was crisp, clean and inviting. We definitely felt like this was our home away from home. From the kitchen being fully equipped with a blender for my morning smoothies to the cookware for the kids burgers and fries! This home has everything you’ll need for a great vacation! It’s minutes from the local Walmart super center which is a plus. The best part was that the pool was close, clean and the kids loved it!!! I would definitely enjoy another stay!

Everything and I do mean EVERYTHING about this place was absolutely perfect! From the look of decor, modern appliances, to the extremely comfortable beds. All of my family's needs were anticipated in this incredible place. It's located no more than about 15 minutes from the beach and every other activities and attractions that we enjoyed! This is great luxury for a great price. You won't be disappointed at all!!!
