Lounge in the pool and watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. When the sun goes down, move on into your own game room with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard and Smart TV with Roku. Bunk room comes with PS5 for you to enjoy with games: Marvel's Spider-Man: Mile Morales; It Takes Two; Madden NFL 23; and NBA 2K23. Beautiful 3,000 square foot 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home located in one of the rare, wooded neighborhoods remaining in Jacksonville Beach. Only a few minutes drive to the beach (1.2 miles) and close to Mayo Clinic (5.2 miles). Enjoy the privacy and quiet in this upscale residential neighborhood situated on a dead-end cul-de-sac. Recently remodeled chefs kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, wine and beverage cooler. All the necessary cookware is provided including toaster, blender, mixer, Keurig and standard coffee makers. Also enjoy the recent remodeled primary bathroom completely covered in imported glass tiles with 2 person jetted tub. You will feel like you are in a spa! Outdoor area is the real highlight of this property. Heated saltwater pool, spa, grilling area, outdoor dining and sitting area are all fully screened. When other vacationers are being bothered by our seasonal pesky mosquitos, you will remain comfortable and bite free. Lounge in the pool and watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Waterproof bluetooth speakers are also provided. It's so comfortable and relaxing many of our guests choose to stay at the home versus going to the beach. When the sun goes down, move on into your own game room with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard and Smart TV with Roku. Open living room with gas fireplace and expansive view of outdoor area. Large smart TVs with cable service are in living room, primary bedroom, outdoor patio and guest bedroom with king bed. Hi speed internet also provided. Guests have full access of the home excluding supply storage closets. Queen air mattress located in main bedroom closet. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We enjoyed our stay at this property but have a couple of suggestions if rectified would be great. 1. One of the master bath's sink faucet is not usable as it is too tight. 2. One other bathroom vanity sink when used was resulting in water flowing out due to vanity install not leveled. 3. We were dissatisfied with the bedsheet freshness. The issue was immediately resolved on complaint.

We have been planning our son’s destination wedding for more than year, and booking a home away from home was the first task. From the moment we arrived to the last time we closed the door, our stay was beyond perfect. There was not one thing we needed that we did not find. The garage was equipped nicely with a shuffleboard table, a pool table, ping pong, and a golf arcade game. The amenities were plentiful, and the check in/ check out process was very easy. We highly recommend this property and will return if we ever need accommodations in Jacksonville Beach again. Five stars!!

Family get together to visit with my granddaughter at UNF! We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of room for us all to be together without ever feeling crowded. Round dining table sits 8 very comfortably and is gorgeous. Living room had spacious, comfortable furniture and a giant tv. Kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishes, glasses, etc. All the amenities were as listed, working and clean! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

We booked this house for a small dinner gathering after returning home from a destination wedding. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and we very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again if we ever decide to do a "staycation" type thing or have a special occasion that brings us to this side of town. Two thumbs up!

We had 7 adults and 4 kids in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us and our request for an extra pack n play was accommodated with ease. Everything was labeled and relatively easy to find. There was ample fridge space and everything we needed to prepare meals. The game room was great for a windy/rainy day and evenings. It has all we could need for a trip to the beach as well. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay here! It was in a great area, close to the beach with tons of local food options nearby. The house was amazing and had plenty of space for our family to hang out and relax. The pool, spa, and game were all wonderful and easy to use. We loved the patio screen and the flexibility to open up the windows and let in the fresh air. We also very much enjoyed the backyard eating area (and the plasticware provided to eat outside without fear of breaking a dish!). We'd certainly stay here again if visiting the area another time.

Had a group of 12 cyclist use the property for a winter cycling get away. House was a great fit for this group with the multiple full bathrooms and hot tub & heated pool. Large kitchen with a very nice outside grilling area was a great for this size of group. Location was off the heavy traffic areas but not far away from restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend this house for a group get away.

Loved my stay at this home in Aug. The home is beautiful, plenty big for large families though I was there with a friend. The kitchen has everything you want. The backyard enclosed with the pool felt like you were on your own island. Mike the owner and his staff were just great at answering any questions or concerns. The property is very close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. I can't say enough, had a wonderful time and if I was going to rent a beach home in the future this would be my choice because I can't think of anything it didn't have that I would want. Thanks Mike and Staff for making our stay so great.
