Built by multi award-winning Tourmaline Properties & professionally furnished by BlueGrape, this high end designer home features Ocean Views, nearly 2,500sf interior space that seamlessly flows into 3 separate outdoor spaces, 5 beds including dual Cal-King beds, hardwood floors, quartz counters, built-in bbq, a/c, dog ok, fire pit, a short walk to local dining, & sleeps 10 (8 adults max). GROUND LEVEL (Main Living Area + 1Br/1Ba + 2 Patios) The building front has a nice grassy area that leads to the main front entry door. Once inside you'll lead to a wonderful open floorplan main living area with high ceiling, wood floors, & floor to ceiling patio glass doors out to the rear patio complete with patio seating, fire pit, & bbq...a great place to enjoy an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. The living room includes dual plush sofa's, HUGE 75” Samsung TV, & easy access to the adjacent dining room with seating for 6 as well as our gourmet kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living/dining area & features sleek quartz counters, glass tile backsplash, custom cabinetry with separate pantry, high-end stainless steel appliances & bar seating for 3. Down the hallway is a full bath (shower) and a bedroom with Queen bed & sliding patio doors that lead to the front patio/grassy lawn area. SECOND LEVEL (3Br's + 2Ba's) Stairs will lead you the second level that features our spacious master retreat. This private area boasts a Cal-King size bed, spacious walk-in closet, 55” Samsung SMART TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanity sinks, & a surround tile shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this level, both featuring Queen sized beds & individual closets. Off the hallway is a full bath with dual vanity sinks & tub/shower combo, as well as side x side washer/dryer further down the hallway. THIRD LEVEL (1Br Sky Loft + 1Ba + View Deck) A second flight of stairs will lead you to the light & bright third level sky loft space, the ideal spot to soak up the San Diego sun & beautiful city + ocean views (*note this is a loft space with no door off the stairway). A set of sliding glass doors leads to our favorite rooftop space, fully equipped with outdoors seating & Ocean + Sunset Views!! This loft area houses yet another Cal King bed, 55” Samsung SMART TV, & full bath (shower). PARKING Detached garage with convenient side x side parking for 2 vehicles & easy access into the home. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. • OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. • NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. • COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No complaints about the place at all. Good location, nice stuff inside, more than enough linens,... all as advertised. Would definitely stay again.
The only comment we would make is be prepared for the managers communication before you check-in --
They are really heavy-handed, asking over and over again the same questions about parties, late nights,.... It is a bit over the top and they act like you are 16 year old kids. Never had to answer the same questions so many times.

This home was a great fit for our extended family: our two adult children, their partners, and our 4-year-old granddaughter. There were enough rooms for everyone to have their own space and then get together when we wanted to. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in the back yard and also sat around the fire pit one evening. The walk to the beach was manageable for our granddaughter.

Our group of 6 adults & 3 children thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated , super clean, well stocked, spacious vacation rental! We were very pleased to find the home very well maintained & exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed both outdoor areas, the fire pit, the comfortable beds, master bathroom double shower, access to a garage & the beach chairs & beach towels. The house is in a perfect location, very centrally located. We did not want to leave & will definitely book again upon returning to the San Diego area.

I visited with 4 of my childhood friends. It was maybe too much space for 5 of us but so nice that we each had our own room and most of us had our own bathroom. Beds are so comfy and everything feels new. Great neighborhood and we could walk to a lot of places. I just wish there were instructions for the outdoor fire table. We weren’t able to use it and the directions from the property manager were not helpful- we figured out later that we had to open the door with the tank and turn the gas on from there. That is really a minor complaint- we’d go back in a heartbeat.

This home was spacious, modern, clean and beautiful. My 3 year old grandson, kept calling it "The Big House" Ha! Every morning, we walked to the beach, in the evening watched glorious sunsets from the deck. Bbq'd in the evenings and enjoyed every minute. Thank you Surf Style for a fabulous stay. Cheers!

We loved everything about this property!! It was within walking distance to the beach, coffee spots and restaurants, and bars. It was very clean. The shower off the master bedroom was amazing!!! Plenty of amazing outdoor seating which we LOVED!!

We are grandparents and rented this home for ourselves, kids, and grandkids. It was perfect! Clean, good walkability to beach and town. We utilized the links provided by the management company. Groceries were delivered and Baby Away had a crib set up before we arrived. We used the outside grill and fire pit each night. It was a stress free vacation for all of us! Will book again!!!!

Our rental was situated in a very nice neighborhood - very family oriented and pet friendly (my daughter brought her old bulldog along for the trip). The home lent itself to a very cozy feeling yet spacious enough to house our party of 10 (which included a 14-month old). Everything was nice and clean with all the amenities we could ask for. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who enjoys a place that’s in close proximity to the beach, good food and the many attractions that San Diego has to offer. An absolute gem of a getaway.

Loved North Shore
We had a great time at North Shore. Walking distance to everything from food to beach. The property was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The beach at Law Street and the short walk to Konos Cafe were our highlights. Management was very quick to respond. We would come back!

Our Favorite Vacay House
Hands down our favorite vacay house in PB!!! We come every year and love the quiet and easy going area of Pacific Beach. This street is at the top of our list with palm trees up and down the block, the house is just as pictured...BRAND NEW. It's huge, has a fenced yard for our dog, and rooftop with views that are better in person. The managers were super helpful. Anything less than 5 star rating is unfair * * * * *

Amazing Stay!
This house is a PERFECT vacation spot. With 5 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for our family to enjoy each other, but also have some space. The house is BEAUTIFULLy decorated, minimalist and cozy. We really enjoyed the grill and fire pit out back and the water view from the top balcony is perfect. Only a block from the beach, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. I would HIGHLY recommend.
