Easy drive to Disney and St. Augustine. Please park in designated spot PH5 Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED at this unit. Provided: 3 rolls toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin. This is a non-smoking unit. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It's Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand. Please turn a/c to 78 degrees at departure

We had a wonderful stay. Loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the sea breezes and watching the waves. The condo was perfect for our group. The pool area was great for the grandkids and we were just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean with lots of amenities! Wonderful to be able to walk right out to the beach! The pool and pool area had lots of chairs and tables. We just wish the pool was heated.

This property is a really, really nice condo at a quiet complex in a great area! Right on the beach, this penthouse level condo is very nicely decorated and equipped. A great ocean view off of the balcony. We felt like we were home when we got there! Highly recommended.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Ormond. Our hotel in Daytona was cancelled last minute because of hurricane Nicole. The property manager allowed us to book on short notice. The condo is spacious, updated and well accommodated. We had a great few days enjoying the beach and pool. We would definitely stay again.

Condo is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view! Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival and I was so impressed to receive a call the day before our trip to make sure we received our check in email and to ask if we had any questions. Grocery store right across the street was super convenient. My family and I love Ormond and will definitely be staying here again.

The property was great and very well maintained. The Condo was very kept and clean. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was locked and we're not able to drop the air below 75. We where so hot at night and sweaty. Called the property manager and they said they would send someone up in a few minutes. They never showed. :(

We had a great stay for just over 5 weeks. The unit met all our expectations. We had a faulty toaster when we arrived which Krista replaced with a new unit. Folks were friendly in the building. Communication was timely as there were a couple of days where maintenance was required on the pool and plumbing system. We were given timely notifications of these events. All in all a great place to stay.
