Fantastic! Perfect for 2-4 adults. My Son traveled with us who is 6’5” and he still fit the length of the bed( tall people friendly). We were in the area for the 1st time. Price was great compared to 2 local hotel rooms, and I feel I got so much more than a hotel can offer. It’s stocked well enough, but you will need.to bring all toiletries. It’s very clean, and comfortable. Location was great to where we needed to be and easy access to the bridge, restaurants, grocer, fuel , ect. We were moved to the Hyatt on the last night of our stay due to a severe storm, ( worst flooding since the 1930’s) but hey if your getting relocated, at least it’s the Hyatt. The owners were easy to converse with, responsive and most gracious. We were refunded our last night ( not that they had to in my opinion, we were flying out in a few hours), and set us up nicely in their hotel. We absolutely would love to stay at the house boat again provided it’s available. That may be the only down side, letting anyone know how perfect it is. We try to stay in unique lodging around the globe, this lil house boat did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend.

We really wanted an extra blanket. We had to rob the beds for extra blankets to snuggle in front of the TV to watch a movie. We were also upset that we had to use toilet paper as kleenex because you do not provide any tissues. We came back from a brisk walk in the cold with runny noses and no tissues to be found. We love the place but tissues and an extra blanket should be provided for the price that you charge.

Cass-Away is a delightful little houseboat that will provide you with extraordinary views of the Kent Island Narrows. It is clean, very comfortable, and well-kept. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the top deck. We also enjoyed waving at the boat captains and crews as they glided past. Bring your bicycles because you have easy access to the Cross Island Bike Trail. If you want to get out on a boat, there is a fishing charter business within walking distance. Also within easy walking distance are several excellent seafood restaurants. If you arrive hungry, the nearby Big Owl Grill food truck can provide you up with a takeout bag of food in minutes. Within a very short driving distance, you can access grocery stores, pharmacy stores, banks, etc., so it is quite convenient. If you like seeing boats, birds, and water, we recommend a long weekend in Cass-Away!

My mom and I had the best time. The boathouse exceeded our expectation and was so clean and modern and comfortable and full of little extras. We had so much fun exploring the area by foot and a friends boat and wish we had booked an extra night. Next time! Thank you for the memories!!

Even though we had seen pictures and videos of the Cass-Away beforehand, our first glimpse just took our breath away ... and the amazement continued each day of our stay. Every detail of the property listing was just as described - very clean, spacious, fully stocked, comprehensive directions to enhance the use of the houseboat and to explore the area, plus extra little comforts as welcoming gifts. From the booking to checkout, Kirby and Cassidy maintained prompt and clear communications with the friendliness of your favorite neighbor. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on the water! Everything was absolutely perfect. The houseboat exceeded our expectations and the hosts provided necessary information in a timely and professional way. We loved their recommendations and kind and thoughtful extra touches. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to relax someplace with excellent accommodations, beautiful views, and the convenience of walking to fun and delicious restaurants.

We live on the ES of VA. This is my 2nd boat trip to the MD ES. Kent Narrows is our homebase and we do day trips to places like Baltimore, Annapolis, St. Michael's, Chestertown, and hit random Tiki Bars along the way. The houseboat was the perfect addition to our trip with the kitchen, living room, and upper deck. Loved the added touch with the streusel, crab chocolates, and chips. I forgot soap which I would recommend including for the shower. But LOVED LOVED IT!

We enjoyed watching all the boats coming and going, especially while on the top deck on Sunday. We also liked having easy access to such a variety of bars and restaurants, something for everyone. We felt very welcomed by the hosts who left chocolates, some snacks, and a desert for us upon check-in. The house boat is well thought out and organized. We had a great time exploring Kent Island, Annapolis, Saint Michaels, and Easton. We will do it all again sometime!

We rented the houseboat to attend a wedding. It was the perfect location and so enjoyed the roof top deck to just relax and enjoy the views. The house was very stylist and comfortable. We were able to spend quality time with some very good friends.

We went to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our son and his girlfriend. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Even in July the breeze off the bay made the roof deck so pleasant at sunset. So comfortable and pretty inside. Wonderful personalized touches. Would definitely stay again.

The title "luxurious houseboat" is 100% correct! Absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable and spacious. Communication with Kirby was outstanding. We rented the slip for our boat also and it was pefect. Kirby found out we were Veterans after we were already there for 2 days and sent me a text saying they offer military discount and that he had already refunded me the discount. Absolutely awesome, highly recommend! I will be back!

This is an adorable houseboat in a cute cove with lots of places to walk to for dinner. It was great for 2 couples! Plenty of space. Amazing beds! We will definitely be back!

Cassidy & Kirby are excellent hosts! Loved our weekend away on the water-very unique stay on their beautiful houseboat. Walk to nice seafood restaurants and nature trails. Pizza and church 5-10 min drive. Views from the boat are stunning. Thank you, Cass-Away!

Believe it or not…,perfect weekend getaway in February. This time of year very private, yet most the restaurants around are still open. Truly enjoyed sitting on the couch watching the sun set, the ducks playing and the fishing boats.

Definitely has the resemblance of sleeping on a boat, with the makings of a small modern home. Great location. Easy commute to surrounding tourist cities. Walking distance to area restaurants & entertainment. Nice reception from hosts with treats & chocolate gifts.

This houseboat was STUNNING. Beautiful, fun property that is close to food, attractions and shopping. It was the perfect place to get away with friends. We loved the spaces, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness of the hosts. I wish I could upload pictures to this review to share the breathtaking sunrise from the rooftop deck. If you need a getaway and a cool place to stay, this is it! I'm already looking for a reason to come back!!

I’ll start with host who where wonderful,not that we needed anything but they were quick to make sure we got checked in ok and everything was ok..the houseboat is EXACTLY as advertised maybe even nicer in person,it’s so close to at least 6 restaraunts that I remember but there’s prob more,the walking trails around the neighborhood were very cool and a nice way to kill some time as well as walking around the docks,enjoyed the boats coming and going,lots of ducks etc to observe We loved it and will def return,we love 2/3 night quick getaways and this place is now in the rotation Ty again Joe n kel

100% Positive!!! There is not enough room to express how Perfect our stay was. First Cassidy & Kirby are amazing hosts!!! It is obvious that they truly want to provide a comfortable, enjoyable, safe, clean experience. Their communication with emails, making sure checking in & out is very easy. We felt welcome & special. The view, being on the water, watching the ducks, seagulls, & the great blue heron. Very relaxing. Kirby came to our rescue. He stopped by to help us old timers navigate the TV. This made our stay even more special. Kirby is polite, friendly, easy to talk to. We deeply appreciated him stopping by. The only downside is when it is time to leave. Our stay was a dream come true. We were sad to leave. Such a cute property right on the water. Was so peaceful to look out the window and see the water and watch the boats go by. The decor was charming and clean. Communication with owners was top notch, incredible hosts. We hope to return again soon!

The Cass-Away Luxury Houseboat was a totally unique experience and I highly recommend to everyone. From the beginning the hosts were super responsive and willing to make the stay as comfortable as possible. There were very nice welcoming touches (water, crab chips, chocolate crabs and dessert). The houseboat is very spacious and they have provided everything needed to cook in or just have breakfast and enjoy the restaurants. Walking/biking paths just outside your door and restaurants within walking distance. Space was super clean and bright and was an efficient use of space. Rooftop deck added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to everyone.
