We stayed, my wife and I, for four nights during Easter
weekend. It was a pleasant one altogether.

The room was immaculate. I thought we would receive toiletries such as lotion, hand soaps, shower caps etc but that was not the case. That was the only disappointment. The complimentary buffet breakfast was well stocked and delicious with a lot of breakfast variety.
The surrounding restaurants were also a pleasant surprise. the seafood we ate form one of the restaurants was the best we tasted in a long time. We will definitely come back to stay.

Loved it and loved that it was dog friendly but nowhere on hotels.com or when we checked in were we told there would be a $100 cleaning fee to have the dogs. So that was an unwelcome surprise. The hotel night wasn't that expensive till that extra was added

My room was very dusty and I had to clean the toilet before use however the view was breathtaking!

Nice spot for a weekend getaway. Several good restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

The is a real first class hotel. Beautiful location and view of the lake, new, spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was wonderful (variety , hot, and fresh fruits) and the lunch menu was also delicious. It has all the amenities you need. I cannot think of any other addition for improvement. The gentleman receptionist was polite, friendly and enthusiastic about his work. He voluntarily upgraded our room to lake view as well! I highly recommend it. We went off season at a very reasonable price of$160/night but apparently these rooms go as high as $600// night during Labor Day weekend. So, my advice is to go during non busy days// months as I can not /wiil not pay that much even if I had money for it!

We were there for a quick overnight but it was perfect. We love how clean this hotel is. Sheets and bedding smell great! Check in and out were easy and breakfast was great. Thank you! Hope to be back soon.

This was an unexpected stay resulting from the closure of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge due to a storm. At the check in desk, they provided assorted toiletries to make my stay easier and that was greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. All of that and the friendly staff make this a great place to stay.

Always a million dollar view but has a 2 dollar hospitality staff. Few speak and late night man on duty was rude and not accommodating. Only mid day lady at the bar is friendly and takes the time to converse with patrons.

The water view from the "faux" balcony was outstanding and a welcome sight for tired eyes. The room was beautifully and thougthfully designed and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, the staff was welcoming and courteous, the breakfast was a feast and the 24-hour availability of hot tea or coffee was incredibly appreciated. If we had longer, the fitness room and pool would have been much enjoyed. The location was perfect for travels to and from the eastern shore of Maryland, to Delaware and through Baltimore. Nearby seafood dining was stellar, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We always love staying here. We were here the first weekend they opened last year. I think we have stayed here 5-6 times this past year. Great location, great staff and the facility is in great shape.

The room was clean and had a good amount of space. The area is quiet in the winter time but we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Staff were very nice. There was a bar and you can order food up to 10:00pm. We would have liked to have been able to order over the phone rather than go down to the bar and wait for it, since we wanted to eat in our room. Overall it was a nice stay, though.

I had forgotten my computer laptop charger and the guy at the front desk named Hong found one that matched my computer and walked it all the way up to our room. He also was kind enough to relocate us to a waterfront room when our toilet stopped working. He was extremely helpful and I am very grateful. Hung is a very valuable employee for your company.

We were not told about breakfast in the AM, had no idea actually until we saw it quite by accident!! Room was relatively comfortable although couch was not. My husband has sleep apnea and I always request a recliner or high back chair and literally no hotel chains offer this. A lot of times it prevents us from making a return trip.

It is a fairly new hotel, so everything seemed nice. It was clean, and our beds were very comfortable. Great water view. The free breakfast buffet was also nice.

This site is serene and beautiful. Lovely. However; we found hair in the shower and mat. Unsanitary. Not skin lotion in the room. Have to request it from front desk.

Beautiful and clean. Wonderful water view too.

Great location, near walking trails and only steps from two good restaurants. Kitchenette a nice plus. Bed (king, accessible room) rather lumpy and unsupportive. No on site recycling was disappointing.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel was either new or remodeled and everything was clean and new. Food and drinks are available in the lobby but also good options nearby. Would definitely stay here again

This was our first stay at Hyatt Place and it
won’t be the last. The panoramic view of the Chesapeake Bay and marina was beautiful.
A generous breakfast buffet is included in the cost of the room. Lovely hotel!

Excellent location and breakfast rooms and views - right on the Chesapeake bay.

Had noisy (intoxicated?) neighbors who were very loud from midnight to 2:00 in the morning. Asked the front desk to talk to them but to no avail. Went to bar and ordered appetizers and the first three items that were ordered were out of stock. I find it interesting to pay $500 a night for a room that only has single ply toilet paper. Not a pleasant experience.

The people at the front desk were very nice and professional. I was just disappointed that we didn’t have a balcony. I reserved water front. Maybe I had to pay extra for balcony.

Newer property room was spacious with great view of the water...
