INDOOR LIVING: - 2 Living Rooms with a huge flat-screen TV and sound system - Dining area that seats 8 BEDROOMS: - This farmhouse sleeps 10 guests comfortably - 3 bedrooms and 2 cozy rooms for entertaining. - Almost every room has a huge flat-screen TV and sound system; no better way to relax and watch football games!! - Bedroom 1 has two queen beds - Bedroom 2 has one king bed - Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed, 2 single beds BATHROOMS: 2 Full Bathroom and 1 half bath KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all basic necessities OUTDOOR LIVING: Enjoy sitting outside around the fire, having brunch on the front porch, or playing outdoor games. This house has OUTSIDE security cameras ONLY!!! Pets are not allowed. No smoking is allowed. We subscribe to a monthly pest and mosquito service, but depending on the time of year and weather conditions, that does not guarantee a bug will not make an appearance during your stay. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside the home. IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered. Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
