We stayed here as a family for thanksgiving. The house was nice and in a great spot, easy walk to places to eat and play games etc.

Great location within walking distance to the pool and Lake. The home is in immaculate condition and every small detail was thought of-every time we thought we needed something, it was already there. Great side yard for hanging out and the 2 car-covered parking was nice. Great capacity for many guests. The upstairs bunk beds were a big hit with the kids!

The home is located right in the center of all amenities which made it very easy to participate in the holiday activities offered by the community. House had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

I overall enjoyed staying at the retreat, the property manager was very attentive and responsive and the location is great . Unfortunately there were some issues at the property: -the biggest ones: the fact that the outdoor patios and grill area was under construction/ remodel being remodeled and that there is not fire pit. -other issues: the light of the kids room didn't work, some doors didn’t lock,. I’ll stay in the property in the future once they finish the remodel and fix those issues.

The house was cozy and we loved how easily accessible the pools, coffee shop, pizza restaurant and trails were! Everything we needed was within a short walking distance and we felt very safe. The live music and pop up shops were a bonus too…and took less than 5 minutes to walk to. My extended family and I had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!

The home was as described. It’s a perfect location in a picturesque community with many activities. We were a short walk to the lake, pools, restaurants, hiking trails and parks. Highly recommend. The host was very communicative as well.

We had a great stay at this beautiful farmhouse. Everything was so clean and organized. It had everything we needed and more great family games for indoor and outdoor, plenty of toiletries and towels for the stay without having to wash. They even provided off just in case we needed it, we didn’t need for anything while we were here and if I ever had a question the owners were very quick to respond. We would stay here again for sure… this house was great location for the community and nearby the food and games!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. We chose this house because they allow dogs. It was much larger than we needed but we had a great time. We were happy to find a pizza place we could walk to and coffee house around the corner. We will be back.

We had a great time hanging with family in an upcoming place. We rented a golf cart and the kids loved riding around the area. Home was in an awesome location and we will be coming back. Property manager was on top of everything.

We had a great stay at The Retreat! Wildling Ventures was extremely communicative and accommodating. This house is nestled in a PERFECT location! It is just a short stroll to The Meeting Place, Mama Tigs, playgrounds/activity areas, and two of the three pools. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying in this cottage. The location is great (close to many of the amenities in CL), the hosts were good communicators, and the beds were comfortable. Bonus is going on a weekend when there are pop up shops and food trucks!
