This space is centrally located: an 8 minute walk to the boardwalk/ocean and an 8 minute walk to the downtown shops, restaurants and concert venues. You’ll be close enough to all that Asbury Park has to offer, but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip. This home is perfect for couples and families. No costs were spared in its renovation and decoration. LOUNGING & RELAXING Super luxe, cozy and deep couches in the living room for movie nights*, rocking chairs on the front porch for reading the morning paper and super comfy outdoor couches in the side-yard for afternoon cocktails. *A smart TV is discreetly nestled inside the amoire in the living room. DINING & ENTERTAINING The house is set up with a 10-person dining table for amazing dinners, 10-person kitchen table for delicious brunches and 8-person outdoor table in the side-yard for al fresco dining. SLEEPING & BATHING This three-story home sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms. On the second floor, the primary suite offers a king-size bed, and two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a comfy queen-size bed. On the third floor, there's a bedroom with a full-size bed and a second bedroom with two singles. There are three bathrooms. The first floor has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second floor has a bathroom with a claw-foot tub and shower. The third floor has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. BEACHING & AMENITIES This rental includes 4 beach passes, beach towels, and beach chairs for daily trips to the Asbury Park beach. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary high speed internet and a washer/dryer. Preferred rental for families. Renters must be 25+. House will be professionally cleaned/sanitized after each stay.

My guests and I had the absolute best time during our stay here and in Asbury Park overall. Great location, within walking distance to the best restaurants, shops as well as the beach. The house is not only architecturally stunning, its also impeccably decorated. The garden patio is fabulous and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Benny, we really loved our time in Asbury, thanks to you. Your house has fabulous rooms for every social activity. We especially loved the ample, gorgeous kitchen, dining room, living room and patio off the kitchen. All our guests were very comfortable in their lovely bedrooms and baths too. We barely used our car because everything is in walking distance. Many thanks!

I usually take my grown children and my grandchildren away for a week in the summer. Asbury Park was a new experience for us and we enjoyed it so much. The house was perfect although a bit of a walk to the beach for me the grandma but no one else mined the walk. The beach was ideal as was the weather. The house was perfect for the 9 of us and everyone loved the accomodations. Everything that we needed was in the house and it was comfortable, spacious and modern

The property is as-listed and was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s centrally located between the beach and downtown area restaurants. Everyone had ample space, and all of the amenities made our stay extremely comfortable. We made use of all of the communal spaces inside and outside. Lisa was so helpful and responsive. We’d absolutely stay again.

Wow, this home is amazing! Beautifully decorated and lots of room! We were a family of 6 and all worked remotely without getting in each other’s way.
The house is so close to the beach and quick walk to restaurants and shopping.
All questions were answered quickly and efficiently.

Amazingly large and comfortable sofas, a well-appointed and open kitchen with a gorgeous long wood table for entertaining, beautiful bedrooms with high ceilings, spa-like bathrooms which were impeccably clean and a landscaped outdoor area that was elegant and extremely private. The decor throughout the house gives a sophisticated, modern beach vibe but is thoughtful and fun. Benny has done a great job of not only restoring this home, but also making his guests feel comfortable by adding many personal touches which encourage you to relax and unwind. Added bonus is that this home is SO CLOSE to the beach. Our party of 10 had a fantastic time and we will certainly return in the future.
