This amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront villa is located in building 3 on the first floor at the SeaCrest Resort. Here everyone can enjoy direct ocean views from inside and out. Two private balconies overlooking the pool (only heated in March and April) and the Atlantic Ocean provide the ideal space for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails and the gentle breezes waft over you. Inside you have an open plan with all new furnishings, paint, wood floors, carpet, bedding, granite counters, and upgraded appliances. The spacious living and dining area is great for hosting family game or movie night. And wait until you see the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and breakfast bar seating. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature comfy king beds, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. You're sure to find all 3 bathrooms with spa-like finishes to be beautiful and relaxing. SeaCrest Resort is in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to HHI. We can't wait to return. The unit was amazing!It was oceanfront and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Minutes from the beach (& PoolbarJim's too:). Short walk to Coligny Plaza and all the stores and restaurants in it and around it. We had small children with us and it could not have been better for them too! The unit is beautiful. Would love a return visit.

Traveling with many adults having nice room and space made for a great trip. The first floor access was great because the elevator fir the building would get backed up pretty bad. We definitely will stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: SeaCrest 3101 is a perfect location for a multi-family or large family vacation. 3BR and 3BA directly above one of the pools with a short walk to Pool Bar Jim's for drinks or meals, multiple restaurants and shopping across the street and beautiful grounds and beach access right there. The welcome basket from Host2Coast was especially nice. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the unit for our 1 week stay.

Traveled with 8 of my besties from May 4-8. Location of the property could not have been better. Property was clean and generously appointed. Plenty of room for our group of 9. We are seriously considering coming back and would definitely stay in this unit again!!

Stayed here with some friends for a 5 day getaway during tropical storm Nicole. Although the weather was not what was planned during the booking, the amazing ocean views were pretty awesome while stuck inside. Everything needed was within walking distance, so when the storm bands slowed down, we were able to shop and visit some awesome eating places. Once the storms passed; the beach was only a few short steps away. Everything about our stay was great, and I can only imagine how enjoyable it is when the weather cooperates a little better.

Absolutely beautiful unit. So big and spacious. Lots of room for our 8 adults and 2 littles to spread out. So clean and well maintained. Beautiful view. Excellent location. The management was so available and helpful. The best experience I’ve had with renting for vacation! We will be back!!!!

The villa was spotless. Rooms and showers were huge. The bathtub was also big enough to fit me (A 6’ 250 lb man). The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies you could possibly need and fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. Lots of books and a few games to choose from. Even some beach toys and boogie and skimboards for littler kids. The view was well worth the price, woke up and went to sleep everyday looking at the ocean. It is literally steps to the beach, I’d say less then 100 yards from door to sand. I’d recommended renting beach chairs and umbrellas from the Beach Patrol. They set them up and take them down each day and the price is reasonable while comparing to the price of beach chairs and the hassle of lugging them to Hilton Head. Very relaxing vacation in a great location, in walking distance to everything you could possibly need. My wife and kids all agree that this is our new go to spot.

This property was everything we hoped it would be and more! The view is perfection! Susan and Host2Coast were fantastic to work with! She was prompt with any questions we encountered and went above and beyond to help us! There are so many great touches around the house for the guest! We had ages 1-68 and the property was a great fit for all of us. It is an easy and quick walk to the beach and the shops around. The pool was warm enough for all of us to get in and Pool Bar Jim’s was awesome! You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

Seacrest is to have one heated pool and this did not happen. Disappointing for the kids. Otherwise the unit is beautiful and the ocean views are wonderful. We have been coming to Hilton Head in the Fall for 25 years. Before rebooking we will check with Seacrest regarding the heated pool.

The access to all the amenities at the resort, the pool and the beach front was all that we hoped for. It was convenient to shopping and even groceries could be delivered, or we could easily walk. If the water heater could be tweaked a bit for an increase in water temperature, then we would absolutely consider another stay here.

Absolutely beautiful condo inside and outside with 2 pools, a beautiful courtyard and right on the beach. Great location with shops and great restaurants steps away. Super clean with luxury amenities and an amazing view.

We loved the Seacrest 3101. Very well appointed. We faced the ocean so the views were phenominal! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy and comfortable. The main living area could have been larger as we had group of 10 staying. I would stay again!

We loved everything about this condo. The layout was perfect for us - grandparents in the front master bedroom, parents and toddler in the two adjacent back bedrooms. The decor and furnishings were lovely and the proximity to the pool and beach could not have been better. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect 1st floor condo overlooking the pool and the beach. Noice was NOT an issue. We actually hosted 2 CAVS watch parties for 22 people, plenty of room! Bathrooms are fabulous, nicely updated. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Close to Coligny Circle which has about everything. Stairs to garage just feet away. Great vaca!!

This was our third year at this beautiful slice of heaven. The condo is just as described with great amenities. The bathrooms are amazing as well as the gorgeous view. The condo is on the first floor so it is a quick walk to the pools and beach...we didn't take the elevator once during our entire stay! Will be happy to stay there again and again and again...

My family has stayed in this unit for many years and we have enjoyed seeing all the changes made over such a long time. Too many good qualities to list. Of course, most people will probably most impressed with the bathrooms--so I'd be remiss not to mention them in this review. The only negative is the Internet and TV quality. The Internet was incredibly slow and we were surprised that the wifi was not secure (this means anyone within signal range can "steal" bandwidth). The main reason for the slowness, however, is likely because it is a DSL connection, which is traditionally slower slower than most modern cable Internet providers. And we had intermittent times where there was no signal from the cable TV and sometimes certain channels had no audio. It was an intermittent TV issue. Nonetheless, we look forward to our visit again next time!!!

We had a wonderful time on HHI and truly appreciated our accommodations in your beautiful condo! We travel a lot and were pleased that it was so well represented online...it was exactly what we expected based on the photos provided by the Vacation Company. The condo itself was very well appointed and it had everything that we needed....everything was updated and done very well....amazing bathrooms! Our only surprise was that there was not a secure internet to connect to...I am able to work away from home and had quite a bit to do while I was there. Thank you again!
