Situated in Eugene, this lovely house for $453 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy panoramic sunset views over Eugene when you stay at this modern Skyline property. This luxurious newly-remodeled 3-bedroom house has a private sauna, and is centrally located, 5 minutes from the University of Oregon and Matthew Knigh Arena and 10 minutes from Autzen Stadium. This home is ideal for travelers, reunions, bridal groups, graduations, office retreats and romantic staycations! The House: This is a 3-storey house with a 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 2-car garage. The front entrance is located on the top level, which opens into a single open living space with large sitting area, decorative fireplace, dining area, bar counter, half bathroom and kitchen with a large island. There are reclining chairs facing large panoramic windows and an outdoor patio offering views of the Willamette River and Autzen Stadium. The second level has 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom with a tub, a second bedroom with king size bed, and a third bedroom with two queen beds. There is a shared full bathroom, common reading area, office space, outdoor patio and laundry area on that same level. The bottom level has a private spa and sauna and massage table, with full bathroom facilities including twin showers. The neighborhood: This Skyline house is located just off Franklin Blvd, in a quiet residential neighborhood on a tree-covered hill, next to the University of Oregon. Skyline sits on the side of this butte overlooking the city of Eugene and the Autzen stadium. It also faces west offering beautiful sunset views. It is a 5 minute drive to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium. Skyline is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Hendricks Park and a minute's walk to the famous Pre's Rock. Access: Driving or shared rides is the main way to get to Skyline. There is a 2-car parking garage that can be opened from the inside, and a 2-car driveway. Other important information: There is a separate studio apartment on the bottom level rented out to a long term tenant, who enters the apartment through a separate back entrance, and is not able to enter your private space. The tenant will also observe the same House Rules including quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Spectacular view of Eugene up through the towering trees, all wood floors, fireplaces, large screen TVs, gourmet kitchen, large walk-in showers, large garden tub, good vibe signs, enclosed garage, very comfortable beds, multi-level, nice laundry/study, secure balconies, very clean, everything you need for a beautiful and comfortable group stay in Eugene, OR.

This is a very nice home with extraordinary views of the city and valley. Super clean. Tons of seating. Very comfortable. The sauna is awesome. Nice kitchen to make meals in. We had a gathering for my dad’s 80th birthday and it was perfect. Parking in the garage was also really nice. We’d 100% stay here again.

Thought the stay was very enjoyable. Beware of ants though. Could not adhere to the no shoes sign due to lots of ants on floor eating munchies from previous tenants, who also left lots of pistachios in the couch. The cleaning person needs a talk’n to. Gorgeous view! Very nice place you have Chong.

We loved this house and hope to stay here again. The view was incredible, particularly at sunset. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was spotless, spacious, well organized and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend it.

The sunsets at this property are amazing as you look over the town of Eugene. There is lots of table and living room space to hang out and entertain. The beds are very comfortable so everyone had a great night sleep. As an added bonus, the spa (steam room and massage table) are there waiting for you to unwind.

The photos of the property were accurate, but the actual house was amazing! Very clean and furnished beautifully. The view from the living room and the strategically placed recliners was our go-to spot...there were 6 of us and we would take turns in the chairs. Best place in the house! However, the sectional in the same room was comfortable, as was the huge dining table. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed for some light cooking. The bedrooms (and beds) were very comfortable with nice quality linens. The owner was very responsive to any emails. We were visiting Eugene for a family wedding, so I'm not sure I will need to come back to Eugene, but if I did, I would definitely stay in this house. Bravo!!!

Spent a long weekend in Eugene with friends and staying in this beautiful home was a highlight! It had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and rooms were cozy. The sauna downstairs was a bonus! Was walking distance to U of O campus. Will definitely look to stay here again when visiting Eugene!

This is an exceptional property that I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Eugene area. We chose the location for its proximity to the University of Oregon. It is clean, updated, spacious, well stocked, and has a stunning view. I would give it 6 stars if that was an option!

Cute, updated house with lovely view! It was close to campus and other popular spots in Eugene. We came down for a volleyball tournament and this proved to be a central location to all venues. We will definitely stay here again for our future trips to Eugene.

We enjoyed our stay at Skyline. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and perfect for a family gathering. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and linens and the sauna was a wonderful addition. Hong was easy to reach out to and the informational link he sent had everything on there so there were few questions to ask. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

The house was great for our family get together. We had our daughter and son-in-law with their two year old and two month old join us. Having the bedrooms on the second floor below the main floor worked well for naps and quiet time. We asked to extend our stay and the host was very gracious in working with us and making it happen with very little effort. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place and will plan revisiting ourselves.

This was one of the most comfortable VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, super spacious master with lots of windows to enjoy the view. Great floor plan. Huge, open living areas with big windows to enjoy the view. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. I could go on and on….a great place! Owner was easy to communicate with too. Highly recommend this property.
