Always good to visit this hotel. Been here three times already in two years.

Clean Property and well maintained. Location is great and the price is not bad.

The front desk staff could be more cordial and less snubbish. Found it odd that a front desk officer of a hotel could care less of the concerns of a patron even when it means the customer walking away. Not all issues can be resolved by a front desk officer but the approach and candour will make a difference.

Due to all the amenities NOT provided as stated this stay was a disaster and we should be refunded.

There was very little to appreciate in comparison to all the negatives

This property engages in false advertising. One of the supposed amenities is airport shuttle which it DOES NOT have. When asked we were told instead they have an uber driver they use regularly. Also, for the price I would expect the a/c to work correctly and with little to no noise, there to be at least a little warm if not hot water, a restaurant/kitchen able to prepare at least what is on the menu and an elevator.

The comfort of the bed, the room ambience (lights wear great!), temperature(the air conditioning was fantastic)

1) The low quality of the breakfast, 2) the scarce meal options, 3) unprofessional in-room meal service. 4) Mosquitoes (the doors dont seal properly when closed), (5) Generator noise (when power supply was interrupted)

I was very pleased with your staff. They were very accommodating and nice to talk to. I also enjoyed the pool/ bar area along with your restaurant and bar.

I really liked the room. The room is quite spacious with a very nice bed, comfortable couch, very nice TV set placed with good interior decoration, there is generally good and calming aesthetics about the room, bathroom is also very spacious and comfortable with a well functioning heater, comfortable dinning setting also in the room and then a very lovely balcony with a view and before I forget the air-conditioning was perfect. Also thumbs up to the front desk team and I liked the touch of follow up on customer experience by the team ( We received a call from a staff to confirm we were well taken care of, much appreciated).

Too many staircase steps. Some staffs were a bit slow and unresponsive in some instances when attending to certain complaints or requests but this doesn't take away from the general efforts made towards giving guests a good stay.

Great place!

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and great local food at a reasonable price.

WiFi didn't get to my room which was a bit frustrating as I needed to work most of the time. But ended up using the restaurant or buying data, other than that, great place definitely!

It will be fun if you need to loose weight because there’s no elevator or lift.

I like their room and bathroom including hot water system . My wife and I enjoyed their breakfast and dinner.

They don’t have lift. My reserved room was not ready at my arrival so my wife and I had to wait for an hour in the reception before the room was ready for check in. . There was no steady Wi-Fi

Missed having breakfast though it was communicated that it is complimentary. The staff are very courteous and kind. Willing to help. The room is very spacious, I like it and DSTV works. The AC works perfectly.

The toilet seat is off and there could be so much noise at night

Rubbish place to lodge

There was nothing good about the this hotel compare to hotels I have lodg members of hotel staff was not helping in any requests porter will not get foot mat in the bathroom and there was flies in my room and I called reception and never answer the call in overroll the hotel was rubbish

Everything. Corridors full of empty used beer bottles, pillows are very high and hard.
