Pedestal fans are provided in other bedrooms. • Ashburner Street is a one-way street. • The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are dated, but totally functional. • The apartment shares a common stairwell and internal garage access with the other apartment. • Comfortable and functional beach house style interior, which is why we have given the property 3-3.5 star rating.  It is the top floor so we called it penthouse,  but it is not a luxury 5 star plus experience.
